This little kiosk is super cute! Alexus was very helpful and let me try on whatever I liked. She pierced my baby’s ears and did a wonderful job on the process and placement of the ear rings! The buy one get one deal is such a steal! I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve shopped with Banter all over Florida — Lakeland, Orlando, Tampa, Daytona — and never once had an issue. Then I visited the Pensacola location, where professionalism clearly went out the window.
During a simple return, the general manager completely lost her composure when I declined to accept a refund by check instead of back to my credit card. She started shaking, tossing items, and raising her voice — behavior that belongs in a reality show, not a jewelry store. I even have video proof of her outburst.
To make matters worse, she threw in a racially charged comment: “You people are in Pensacola, not Orlando.” The implication was crystal clear — and disgusting.
Then her sales associate (possibly a key holder) decided to jump into the conversation uninvited, matching her manager’s attitude with even more unprofessionalism. Neither showed an ounce of self-control or customer service awareness.
And while I’m all for self-expression, it’s hard to take a lecture on “store policy” seriously when both employees looked like they’d just rolled out of bed. Presentation matters — especially when representing a jewelry brand.
If this is the standard Banter wants to set for its Pensacola location, it’s embarrassing. I truly hope corporate takes a hard look at the leadership and training there, because this experience was the exact opposite of the brand I’ve known elsewhere in Florida.

Patient, professional and kind! They made my 12 year old feel comfortable before and during the piercing, aligned the jewelry perfectly and celebrated her bravery after. 10/10 would visit again
