So I bought this elevator and,admittedly after 4 years but little use,the access gate dropped as too heavy for the hinge.To rectify this problem a service call was required which I had to pay for!! Wouldn’t FT me or ask a tech to call me despite being disabled-Their design and not really wear and tear —disappointing!
