I checked the Website to make sure I didn't need an appointment to get my SUV looked at.(I didn't) But it does say 1st come,1st Serv. So I parked in front of Prell Auto Air this Morning at 7:35 Am. And at 8am promptly Jamie and his Crew started the Diagnostic tests. My AC discharge hose is behind my bumper. they're Extremely Knowledgeable in their Craft and have worked on Automotive A/C's for 50years.

We just took our Dodge 2500 in for some A/c issues and the techs at Prell were able to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road fast and at a great price. Shout out to Jody for his expertise in knowing exactly what was wrong.

I had an outstanding experience with Prell. I initially went to another AC and auto repair shop and was quoted for $1200 and was told the issue required 5 hours of labor. I called Prell for a second opinion and they were able to fix the issue for $260 and did it in less than an hour. This place is honest and and won't try to rip you off. Highly recommend!

I highly wouldn’t recommend. I went for a diagnostic which was $100 which any further work I decide on after I get credited that money towards my vehicle cost. I repeated to Mr. prell so I had a Clear understanding. When came time to pay he didn’t charge me the diagnostic fee because it would be credited on my account. If you read the fine print it stated that. He really got over on me with $100 plus . It the insult to my intelligence. I can’t respond to your post responding to me. Mr. Prolly you know what it is. Me and you discuss this already I was supposed to Lu when I came back so you kept the money. It’s cool because karma coming your way. It it didn’t take you 2 hours to find a simple plug that take literally 2 seconds. I didn’t have no problem paying the 250. It’s the point you taking advantage. Have a great day. Karma to you!

I attended this workshop on the recommendation of a friend. I got the scare of my life. To change a hose and refill the system with gas they asked me $915 + tax. Gentlemen, are we crazy?? Or have you seen that I don't speak English and look like a foreigner and you tried to sneak it in?
A hose will cost $50-80, gas $200-250, two hours of work about $200-250. To be generous, this job doesn't take two hours, nor will the hose and gas cost that much. A bad experience in Uncle Sam's country. I don't recommend at all, they will be professional and good at their work, I can't give an opinion, but they are expensive, very expensive. I just saw the response from these people, and I upload one more photo. Of the invoice. Gentlemen, you charged me $215 just to take a look at the car, without disassembling anything. This is why I say that you took advantage, me, a foreigner, without speaking English, with a Mercedes. This is taking advantage, not to use another harsher word. I had it fixed by a shop for $396. With warranty and invoice Here I leave it. Stop telling nonsense. May God repay you according to your conscience and heart.
