For the past 6 months of having a storage unit here, I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility—it’s always clean, secure, and easy to access. Jade, the site manager, is fantastic!! She’s professional, dedicated, and truly cares about keeping things running smoothly. She’s also super friendly and always quick to help with any questions or concerns. My Grandma who is not all there and has tourettes, can sometimes make people want to dismiss her or quickly rush her so they don't have to deal with her. Jade actually sat down and took the time to understand my Gram Gram's needs and was very patient. If you’re looking for reliable storage with great customer service, I highly recommend this place!

The choice was simple and amazingly fast!
It was a blessing to have been given Jade, Kelsey, and Sonnet, to work with me!
Why three, if it was so simple, one might ask?
Because after I got one space, via Jade, so fast and simple, I called two days later, met with Sonnet (referred by Kelsey), and got another one!
And I got both spaces at a great monthly price!! Not just reasonable, but great!!!
Kudos to those three! Humbly, RP 🤗😌

Would have been a 5 star because it was super easy to set up,
but the units door is loose, their are gaps in the bottom of the walls next to the foundation that lead to the outside, where clearly rodents and pests can get in. I had an issue with making an account, that i ended up figuring out on my own, but the customer service rep i spoke with clearly has no communication skills, just kept telling me to do the same thing over and over after i repeatedly told her i have already done what she said and kept getting the same error. Other than that, its easy to get in and get out of the property with the app, and the price wasnt too bad.
