There's literally no point in making an appointment, you won't be seen for hours after. Find another location for work needed.

ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO HERE. FIRST OFF THERE IS NO ONE YOU CAN CHECK IN WITH TO KNOW IF YOU CAN EVEN DO YOUR LABS THERE. THEN EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APPT THEY MAKE YOU WAIT AND LET OTHERS GO AHEAD OF YOU. I WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR TO GET MY LABS ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME I OWE AN OLD BILL THAT I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT SO THEY REFUSED TO DO MY LABS. I HAVE NEVER HAD LABS DONE HERE BEFORE SO I AM NOT EVEN SURE HOW I OWE THEM A BILL. THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE, AND REFUSED TO DO MY LABS. IF THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE THAT CHECKED YOU IN INSTEAD OF A MACHINE THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS AT THE START AND I COULD HAVE LEFT INSTEAD OF WASTING MY TIME. THEY ARE TO LAZY TO EVEN HAVE AN ACTUAL PERSON TO CHECK YOU IN TO EVEN LET YOU KNOW IF YOU NEED TO WAIT. AND TO TOP IF OFF THESE WERE FASTING LABS TO I HAD NOT EATEN. BUT DID THEY CARE? AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was a walk-in. The task literally took 5 mins, but I was there for over 3 hours. The business needs to either make it more efficient or add more employees. I was fasting and needed a urinalysis and it was completely in appropriate to take that long. The console said that a walk in would take 30 - 60 minutes and that was not the case. I understand giving appointments a priority but there should be some inter-weaving for walk ins. Being pushed 5 mins for an appointment is far less of a deal then having people leave angry.

Showed up at 6:50am just to walk in at 7:00am to find out that there isn’t a single walk in slot available today.

I've had bloodwork done with and without appointments here. Check-in is a simple touch screen. There is a wait time listed on their website if you haven't made appointment. Staff is great, place is clean. Recommend very much.

Whoever runs this place needs to be fired or put out of business. Absolutely zero respect for people's time, whats is the point of making appointments?! Sitting and waiting for 2 hours not even knowing if you are in line or not. Someone please shut this place down.

Gregory St. Quest was doing fine back in 2020 & 2022 when I used them several times. I come back again recently though and customer care has plummeted.
The decline is customer care took on a new feature when they literally sealed the receptionist wall opening where staff could once have be reached & is replaced by an iPad where you sign in.
I made an appointment online to not need to wait. My physician prefers Quest so I drive an hour from my home to find a sign on the door “Closed Due to Staffing Issue.” No prior call, text, email that the facility would be closed.
I try again, scheduling an appointment online to avoid a wait. Drive an hour to facility, check in on their iPad and use the feature to receive a text when phlebotomist is ready. Waiting room crowded, warm, and admittedly a bit smelling. I was 20min early so I wait in my car. 25min past my appointment, I go in to inquire the delay when a phlebotomist opens door. She tells me she texted me and I’m late so I have to reschedule. No text… I was on my phone the entire time in car to avoid missing a Quest text. As I am starting my car to leave, she texted me, likely to cover the fib. Needless to say, I moved on to another lab.

Unreliable, poor service, and lack of communication. I had a frustrating experience today that negatively impacted the rest of my day. I understand that with the holiday season, businesses can be busy, especially as people try to squeeze in appointments before the holidays. However, communication is key.
I had a 1 PM appointment today, and the purpose of having an appointment is to ensure a designated time to be seen. If I wasn’t going to be attended to until two hours later, they might as well have called it a walk-in. I needed to get blood work done and provide a urine sample, so to prepare, I drank a significant amount of water before my appointment. Since I don’t use the restroom frequently, I was saving it specifically for this.
When I arrived, I was holding it for a long time. I don’t like to complain—I also work in a fast-paced environment and understand how busy things can get—but after waiting 40 minutes, I had to speak up because holding it for so long was becoming physically uncomfortable and unhealthy.
When I asked, the staff was rude and unapologetic about the delay. They told me I’d need to wait another 20 minutes, which I didn’t believe, as it felt like they were just trying to appease me. By this point, I couldn’t wait any longer. On top of that, I had another appointment afterward, which I ended up being late for, throwing my entire day off schedule.
I understand the holiday rush and the challenges of managing appointments during busy times. However, a simple call to inform me that my appointment would be delayed would have made all the difference. I could have adjusted my plans and prepared accordingly. The lack of communication made this a terrible experience and caused unnecessary stress.

If I could give zero stars for this, I would I had the worst experience here! I had an appointment at 1 o'clock and I was told to arrive 10 minutes before which I did. I am starting nursing school and I needed a drug test before I normally get very shy so I made sure to drink extra water so that I didn't have a hard time pee. I waited for over an hour, which is normally fine because they were running behind, but when you have to pee very badly, it's not fine. The staff was very rude and not accommodating at all when I told them of my situation. They kept telling me they were running behind and said I would have to wait another 20 minutes which was not happening because I drink three bottles of water. Again normally this will be fine and I don't have a problem with waiting, but when you have to pee very badly, it's not fine. Had the staff called me beforehand telling me that these appointments were running late and that I needed to either reschedule or know of the time change in the appointment. It would have been fine, but nobody had called or reached out to me or even stepped out in the lobby to tell everybody that they were running behind on the schedule Today. Do not recommend going here. Recommend going to a different location.

After waiting for close to 2 hours for scheduled appt, lady says, I don’t have your order information from Drs office. And proceeded to be dismissed. When I called drs office, it had been sent. The drs office said it would have taken 5 minutes to call and have it refaxed. Staff was very rude. Seems they are also overbooked. Stay clear of this Quest. Customer service is not a requirement.

I have to come here often and every time everyone here is very nice and it doesn’t take long to go to the back whether you are a walk in or have an appointment. Everything is very clean and they are quick too.

If i could give this place no stars i would. Simply because its been over a week and my Dr never received my results, i’ve never received my results, and i have a time sensitive surgery coming up. There’s literally no one to talk to because they want you to do everything online, i went online and requested my results after like 72 hours from my appt. STILL NOTHING. This is absolutely unacceptable and insane that i haven’t received anything and its been over a week. What makes it worse is i asked when my results would be available and was told by the phlebotomist that they would be available next day, latest 72 hours. If you think about going to this place. Safe yourself the trouble. Dont.

Today is the second time I. A row I had an appointment only to met at the door to tell me that they are closed due to short staffing. No calls or anything telling me this. You are expected to waste your time going there and they make no effort to inform you they are closing. Sad place.
