I just want to take the time out to say how much I appreciate the kind service that Ms.Oshunay provided at this location ( Bayou ). Not only did she make me feel comfortable every time I came to this location but she was very respectful, polite, and made me feel comfortable each time . I want to say I loved how she was assisting me but also quickly noticed an elderly patient getting ready to exit who most likely was going to need help with the door due to the patient being on a walker . I want to say thank you for going above and beyond! This is what healthcare is all about !

Should have read the reviews first. Fast, efficient and convenient but was EXTREMELY painful. phlebotomist did not pull back the skin and came at a horrible angel. Left a large bruise on my arm. Vein was extremely large and puffy after. This picture from the day after I got my blood work.

My Phlebotomist was incredible. Very personable, engaging, and did not leave a mark on me. She made me feel comfortable from the second I stepped in the room.
I had an appointment, they took me back within 5 minutes of my arrival despite the waiting room being pack. I appreciate them be prompt and respectful of my time.

I checked in prior to the visit via web link they sent me right before my appointment time and was called back within 5 minutes of walking through the door. The lobby and lab areas were very clean. My phlebotomist was wonderful. He got me on the first, painless stick.

Miss Ojanae? was very professional, respectful, and humorous. It was a joy to be in her presence during such an important procedure. However, as far as chain of custody is concerned, the chain of custody process was fair to say the least. For my specimen Vial was out of my presence, taken by the nurse and or doctor, wow I was gathering my belongings from the cabinet in the restroom. This took approximately 3 to 5 minutes, as I had a lot of items in my pockets. It even became a running joke to everyone. I continue to be dubbed as pockets. But all jokes aside, I am most uncomfortable that I was asked to verify the signature and specimen number on the vial and placing it into the sealed bag for transport, only, after I returned to the clinical room from the restroom. So I can't be certain if my urine specimen had been altered or tampered. As such, I like to request a hair follicle pull as a follow-up for myself.

Oshunay was my tech for several of my visits and she was so great! She was kind, smiling, efficient and personable and normally techs have to poke several times before getting a successful blood draw and she got blood the first stick both appointments I needed blood drawn! I was so impressed with this young lady. Give that girl a raise!!!

This was THE absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a lab. There is no way to reach anyone by phone here and the person calling names is extremely rude. I watched her treat several elderly people with such rudeness and disrespect I was shocked.
Bedside manner here is garbage.
I will tell everyone I can to avoid this place at all
Costs.
