Hard to give less than 1 star but if I could..... I had work done June 2021 and my insurance paid the next month, 07/2021 per my EOB. However Quest sent a bill in Sept 2021 for 340.00 more than my Insurance allowed. They did not acknowledge my insurance. Every month I called them. I asked them to bill my secondary insurance. They never did! They refused to bill military insurance. I finally sent them the EOB from my primary insurance, but instead of adjusting it and rebilling me, they sent it to collection along with two other bills that were not mine. This company is unscrupulous and is sending fraudulent bills out. BEWARE

I was at your clinic located at 4900 Bayou Blvd Pensacola on March 4, 2020. Blood was drawn at that time for tests that were ordered by Dr Siyamwala. I was seen by Dr Siyamwala on April 1st 2020, and his staff members explained to me that they had no results from those tests. Dr Siyamwala got on the phone while I was there, and your office told him that no one had any record of me ever visiting any Quest clinic, any time this year. After leaving the Doctors office, armed with another set of the exact same tests, I went back to your clinic where I got these tests on April 1st to show you the test orders that you had previously filled on March 4th. You claimed I was never in your system, so I left without allowing you to do the tests fearing you would lose these also. On April 2nd, I got on the phone with my insurance company, United Health care, and found that your company had billed United Healthcare for $3045, for those very tests. The clerk I spoke with then got on the phone with the labs in Tallahassee, and they did not show me ever having been tested, therefore no test results. Yet they had my information, because they could charge for the tests. These tests are for Pulmonary Fibroses. Crucially critical. I am going to Sacred Heart to get these tests done because I need them NOW! Since United Healthcare is reversing the charges to you, I am telling you now, if you charge me for this I will seek legal action against you. This is unbelievable, outright disregard for a human's wellbeing. I not only will never recommend you, I am taking this story to the public. You don't allow me to send this with no stars or I would. I assure you, this is very far from over.

Beware, I went to Quest Diagnostics because my GI doctor wanted a few tests done. The lady who did the tests, 3 common blood tests and a bag for a stool test told me (rather quickly) that my medicare/secondary ins would pay for most, but I would have to pay the rest. I had to sign a form that I understood all of this. First of all, people who are under a stressful medical situation should not be rushed through a procedure without having a complete (or at least a very good understanding about the approx cost). When I received the bill, it was $201 for blood tests and $200 for the stool sample....so I owe $401. I am trying so hard to pay for my medical bills, but this has totally hurt me. I don't feel that this is right...Quest Diagnostics needs to let you know if medicare/secondary ins will pay for these tests instead of running you through as quickly as possible giving you a rehearsed statement and then a form to sign. Let me end by saying $200 FOR A STOOL SAMPLE!!! ? That's not right...

Went to Quest Diagnostics today for routine blood work, walked in without an appointment, was seen, blood drawn, and out the door in 10 minutes, last time I waited nearly an hour before being seen. The attendant was courteous and friendly, today it was a good experience

I had a great experience here. I was able to make an appointment online for the next day. I was in and out in no time. Roxanne was great and took my blood painlessly. Thank you.

Terrible! Shame on me for not checking Yelp first! I usually go to the location downtown on Gregory St but this location is closer so I figured service will be just as good right? No!! The lady at the front (Shelia) was rude and short with several customers. I was sitting there hoping I wouldn't have to deal with her but then she called my name. My doctors office forgot to fax over my order. So she was short and rude with me also! Telling me I could have it faxed over. Okay so I called my doctors office and they said they would fax right over. Shelia said she would listen out for it and I sat back down. 20 minutes later I was getting concerned. I asked Shelia if she received it and she said, nope! I called my doctors office and they said they faxed it. Shelia said sorry, we didn't get it. Shelia said maybe you should drive over to you Doctors office and pick it up! So I called my doctors office again and said are you sure you faxed it? They said yes! We will fax it again. I said I would stand and watch it myself. The other lady behind the counter said 'you think your gonna hear it better than me?' I said I'm not takin any chances. I asked her if maybe the fax machine was out of paper? Shelia then decided to goto lunch. It's now an hour after my appointment was scheduled and finally the lady gets up of her butt and checks the fax machine and its out of paper!!!!! OMG!!! She puts paper in it and tons of faxed pour out. I ask her if mine is there and she hands me all 3 copies my doctor faxed over! Then told me to take a seat and wait!!! 1 hour and 15 min later I got my blood drawn. Never go here!!!!!! There is 0 customer service or any empathy for your situation no matter what it is!!!!

This place is terrible. Showed up for a pre-employment drug screen, and proceeded to wait for 4 hours to take a 2 minute urinalysis. If you have absolutely any other option, take it. Waiting room full of people and the ladies in the back consistently took breaks, left the building, and did God knows what. One lady I particular left 5 times to go have coffee. It was extremely "professional".
