I used to go here myself yes and I have to agree that this place is not that good one time I wanted to use the bathroom they refused to let me use the restroom and I had the same problem I hope they do close this place for good their management is awful and I'm glad I'm not going there anymore in the future I am in a better place now and I don't have to worry about it no more because I'm not in Pensacola anymore I used to have bad experience with that place raceway is not very friendly at all and I think you're right the employees and they're all rude I just don't like their attitude

They let you use the bathroom here, lol. Many stores in Pensacola and Mobile are not as accessible as they were in the past.

The store is very clean , you can actually pull up and no one approaches you ,very clean restrooms very nice employees and they are always helpful . I will continue coming here ,

I was at the raceway gas station vacuuming my car . I vacuumed my car keys into the vacuum . Brian a raceway employee called the company vip .it was going to be a 3 hour wait but Brian saved the day by getting some tools and opening the vacuum machine . I got my keys . It was a very hot day and I had my dogs in the car . Thanks Brian for caring .

Everyone one is polite when I go into store the store is well lit and stocked .Very clean restrooms ! Thank you to the hard workers at raceway 6716

Very rude bigger black lady. I would say her name but she wouldn't give it too me. Telling me don't worry about it. When I said I would be talking to a manager or owner she say she wasn't worried about it. I don't understand how someone can be rude working with customers. But the reviews on this store it don't surprise me. I left and went to another store to buy what I needed.

It's like all other convenient stores... But the employee's are very helpful and polite. I'd rather stop here then go to any of the other stores in my area. Unlike the Raceway on 9 mile, we're all the employees are rude A-holes who treat you like trash and will not help you at all... That store needs to replace everybody who works there. Get some employees that act like the ones at 6716...

My navy federal bank card got stuck in the ATM ? I ask the cashier a Caucasian female with blonde hair with very very nasty to me I had to call the police to get my card out of the machine very very bad customer service I advise you to go to the Tom thumb up the street ?

Blonde cashier was horrible. I came after walking in the heat and she refused me service because I only had socks on. I was so thirsty I begged her to just let me buy a water and she still refused. I hope no one would treat her or her family the way she treated me today.
