Nice clean store / just didn’t have many outfits that were flattering or up to beat with everyday wear. Materials weren’t very strong and long lasting.

Lost my business. Drove from Crestview ( an hour away) to shop here. My 6 year old sister was not allowed to use the bathroom. I have been shopping here for years because they have a decent selection of clothes that work for my body. Just know I was doing school shopping for 3 kids plus myself. I put my hand full of merchandise back on a rack and told my sister the same.
I am disappointed. People these days would rather shop online and you lose a sale to make your daily goal because you choose who can use your bathroom.

I only gave it a one because the TWO jumpsuits I physically purchased was cute and it fit me perfectly. HOWEVER I was rung up for THIRD jumpsuit and I live out of town so I called and told the manager what happened and they gave me the run around and said they were “investigating it”. It been almost a year and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. I would’ve brushed it off if the jumpsuit was cheap but it was $15 probably $16 including tax. Let’s just say I work too hard for my money and they handled it poorly so I WONT be going back.

I resisted going into this shop for the longest time. But I finally did and actually really dig some of their clothes. My daughter really likes their jeans. Prices are affordable. Some things are cheaply made, and sizes are kind of wonky, but there are some quality things to be had as well. I wish they carried more of the styles they have on the website. Clearance truly is clearance. They are trying to get rid of it! I've gotten a lot of good bargains here. The only thing at this store I would say is that the associates could be a little more interested in helping or even welcoming you to the store instead of chit chatting amongst themselves up by the registers.
