Took my Coco clock there. They were able to fix it, but the price was just a little bit too much for me. Still have the cuckoo clock. I'll wait till the prices go down.

I was delighted to find someone that could repair my father-in-law‘s black forest cuckoo clock. He passed away last year and it hasn’t worked in years. I purchased it from the estate because it was a memory from my wife’s childhood when her father was in the military in Germany. We didn’t think it would ever work again, but I secretly took it to Reeds and they did a great job on the repair and finished in time For me to give it to my wife as a Christmas gift. She had forgotten all about it, and was so surprised. It keeps perfect time. The cuckoo is great In the music box plays beautifully. I have no idea where you could find Old-time craftsmanship I highly recommend Reeds Clock Gallery

Did a marvelous job on an antique Ship's Clock that others would never touch. Required diligent search for hard-to-find parts and expertise to put it all together. Did not give up!!! Speaks well of dedication and commitment to fulfilling customer desires.

It took 5 months for a repair. The individual who does the repairs has many health issues. They had done some cosmetic damage to the clock, so I had a choice of waiting for it to be further repaired or accepting a discount. I chose the latter. Unfortunately there is no competition for this service, so you just have to be REALLY patient. Their response to phone calls is very poor.

Have tried several times to meet with this group. Today at 930 no one was at the store after speaking to a lady yesterday. Another person was also trying to make contact there was no answer when I called.

As an owner of two antique clocks which belonged to my great grandmother, I was surprised and delighted to find a shop in Pensacola where they could be serviced. I was warmly greeted on my arrival (first thing on a Monday morning!), and the problem with my clock was fixed right on the spot at no charge. Thanks for an excellent first impression!

I have been going to them since they were at their old location. This is a family owned business. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend them. I ALWAYS try to go to local shops and support local businesses.

Reeds has worked on one of my clock and now he has another one. I dropped it off July 2019 and I knew upfront that it would be at least a year. I am ok with that because I want quality work. I will always use Reed's for my clock repairs.

My mom took her favorite clock here to be oiled and cleaned. He kept it WAY TOO LONG. Further, he replaced the movement with a broken one. Clock is utterly worthless.
