EVERY time I go into this branch, I have to wait for a teller to be available or another banker to be available (when I can't do the business I need to do at the teller window).This branch is one street away from where I work during the day.Because the bank hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. that means I need to use my lunch break time to go inside the branch.I hope the bank employees realize many of their customers work during these banking hours and need to get back to their workplace.THIS MORNING I WENT INTO THE BRANCH AND THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER AT THE TELLER WINDOW, OR IN THE LOBBY, BUT I STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR TWO BANK EMPLOYEES TO GET DONE TALKING BEHIND THE TELLER WINDOW.I realize they are conducting their banking business and training or whatever, but the clock is ticking and they are there all day.The Branch Manager/ Regions Vice President Carlie Ciccone was very helpful, kind and friendly when I sent money wire transfers several months ago.But because of the typical long wait in the lobby,I began to go to two other(non-Regions) Credit Union Banks to send money wire transfers.One of the other (non-Regions) Credit Union Bank electronically SAVES the information for money wire transfers, and the other (non-Regions) Credit Union Bank is set up to do wire transfers by cell phone or computer.I try to do most of my banking at the drive-thru teller or the drive-thru ATM, it is typically much quicker except when the ATM is broken or not working (several times) including recently when I went over to make a deposit at the ATM. It was the end of my work day so I had time to drive to another Branch ATM.Except for the WAITING TIME INSIDE THE BRANCH ,my overall experience with Regions Bank has been very good.

I use this bank often due to the amount of problems I've had at others. Today after going in to close my cards (stolen) Hayden went above and beyond to assist me. I left happy and relieved to leave with the burden being taken care of with services that I didn't know about. This will always be the bank I trust to do business with. I work near one in Milton but put everything off just to come here. Thanks Hayden and staff!!

Out of the state and woke up to $500 missing from my account from pending charges that weren’t me. Called and apparently there’s nothing they can do if the charges are “pending”. That doesn’t make sense to me. Anyways, those charges put my account into the negative. Meanwhile, when I try to use my card with insufficient funds, it declines. Why would the same thing not happen in this instance?? Not to mention their ATMs have maybe a 50% chance of working. After I get home I’m switching banks and never using Regions again.

This bank used to care about customer service. That doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. I wish I could say it’s just this location… but recently it seems to be the actual corporation. I’ve been banking here for around 15 years. I’m hoping things get better. Made several calls, no one seemed to know how to take care of the issue. ( nor did they care… from local… to…up the phone chain !)

While my experience with Tarah and establishing my account was commendably a 5 star rating, my experience with the ATM banking area was absolutely horrendous. The customer service was despicable and her attitude was to match. She was absolutely the worst teller I have ever encountered. If Regions would like to contact me in regards to this, I would be more than elated to share my distaste for such poor representation of the company.

Such poor customer service skills at your call center there. I definitely won't be banking with these awful people much longer.
