I like dealing with this branch as well as the Cordova branch. The staff seem to be making an effort to please and to do their best. Having said that, the persons working in the personal loan department are apparently incompetent. They did not thoroughly review my tax returns based on follow up questions that would have been answered had they done so. Also, they didn't factor in my bank statements saying they had no access although I would have sent copies if asked. I got the impression that Regions has made an arrangement to do their personal loans through an affiliate company. The denial of credit would have been easier to accept had they seemed competent. Regions Bank should not be affiliated with incompetent companies.

First time going into the bank actually. Riddell is who helped me and he was very professional and kind. Made the experience pleasant and got exactly what I needed done in a timely and smooth manner.

Had been going to the Regions off of 9 mile. Horrible experience! Made me want to leave Regions. Went to this location today and my how the customer service and help was night and day!! I was greeted by pretty much everyone there at 9 am!! Jan asked if she could help me and took me to her office. Helped me and than talked about other services. I’m going to return to open a business account and in 6 months apply for a credit card. She was amazing!! That’s excellence!! The location off of 9 mile should take notes esp the Caucasian lady with glasses with the desk closest to the tellers. She has been so rude to me the few times I’ve gone there.

If I could give them no stars I would. The worst bank and customer service experience ever! If I could give them negative stars I would. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment if they’re just going to show you how to look up the specifics yourself? Why can’t their system, so they claim, pull up a transaction by name or by amount? I think that they were lying because it’s 4:30 and they close at 5:00. As soon as my transactions clear and my paychecks hit I’m leaving this awful bank. Regions is not a good bank for personal accounts. DO NOT USE THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE not CAUCASIAN. You will get absolutely no respect from them. The two men I talked to looked like KLAN members. Then again we are still in Jim Crow south.

The initial start of this branch problems caused all my accounts to get closed. I simply asked the bank teller I wanted new accounts opened she told me she can't open up that many and directed me to a bank representative who was very poor and distressed in his head. He took my information and it was hurting my brain just having to talk or stare at this person. I can't believe they have such abusive personalities working at some of their branches.
