I always have a good experience here, and the tellers inside are awesome. I don't do the drive thru...I would rather go inside, its usually faster.

Been with this bank for 5 years & haven't had any problems with them. The employees in the offices always ask me if they can help me, if their not helping someone. If I have to wait, it's not for very long.

They charge 2-4% to cash their own money orders. This is an example of the many unnecessary fees that Regions has and an example of why I will never have an account with Regions.

They have the worst tellers! I was there at the drive thru line for almost 20mins just to deposit my check and get some cash back well the other 2 lanes came after me but was done b4 me!! Yes....your employees needed to retrain and learn their customer service manner!!!

Terrible service, get an attitude whenever I bring a change order. Of all the banks I've had deal with for Dollar General, Regions is the worst across the board.They consistently lose my validation slips.Regions was the worst when it came to the coin shortage.Synovus is much better, wish they had a location over here.

The tellers are all “off”. Kind of looney tune, condescending and rude. Or psycho, what ever you wish to call it. Go to down town or Blue Angel branch. They are sane and top notch. Beverly parkway is also tacky, the staff are rude and just insane. Very unhelpful and sarcastic, and just not all there. They must drink too much ECUA water.
