The worst bank ever! I like Regions but this one sucks. There is some older lady who wears glasses who sits at a desk on the floor closest to the teller counter and she is rude & mean! She makes me drive across town to another Regions just to avoid her. She is degrading! Too many issues with her to explain here. She makes me want to withdraw all my monies and close my business account. Already closed my personal checking and went to Navy Fed. Stay away from her and this bank! Desk closeted to the tellers on the right. Old lady with glasses.

Shannon has very bad customer service skills. One thing you don’t want to do is play with somebody’s money. She needs to be fired. It’s a shame how people can be so hateful. I’m reading all the reviews an most of the reviews are for poor customer service. Fire Shannon asap

I have been a member here 7 years. I run a small business and go through the bank almost everyday. I have had so many bad experiences. There is only 2 girls who work there that are friendly and do a good job. Recently they deposited my money into someone else's account. They take forever to get anything done. Noone knows what they are doing everyday the "rules" change. I hate to go somehwere else because I've been here so long. But I'm tired of the terrible costumer service and all the fees.

wait time at this location is significantly longer than others, both drive thru and inside. staff is not very attentive

I've been doing business with Regions since they bought out AmSouth. I have had a great relationship with them from the start. But recently I misplaced my business debit card and they astounded me by being able to make a new one for me on the spot! That is great service!!

Too many fees. Brought a friend here to cash his paychecks since he has an account here. Recommending he ditch this bank and go to a credit union.

The ATM at this location is perpetually broken. This is the closest Regions to my home and the ATM is never functioning. Been with Regions since it was AmSouth, didn't want to switch but I'm paying atm fees because their equipment is always broke. Time to move on...

They should probably get all tellers together to go over policy's and procedures weekly, or something anyways. Everytime I go to do business with my account someone tells me something different and something cannot be done the same way I've been doing the past, I don't even know how many years, that I've had an account there. Definitely looking at switching banks.

Can never answer a phone. Called all hours of the day, multiple times a day. And when you do get them to answer they immediately hang up. Unprofessional and lazy.

I’ve been a Regions member/customer for so long but this Regions is by far the worst. Navy Blvd Regions is the best and this Branch needs to learn from them. The old lady teller is rude and has a Resting B***h Face!. Corporate or Regional Management please do something about this, the 3 star review for this branch should be a awakening. It’s not overall bad but it could be better, starting with employees!!!. Don’t be known as a horrible or a dump branch of a bank because of your employee(s).
