Even after going through the wash, my car was still dirty. I had to wipe it down to get the dirt and bugs off of it. If you want to cancel your membership, it's very difficult. The cleaner in spray bottles is out or very low, and there isn't more. Save yourself time and just take a hose and spray your car off. It will have about the same outcome.

We stopped on our way home. Our membership is in Tennessee, but the Zips on Michigan Avenue in Pensacola, Florida honored our membership. The staff was through in peeping our car for the ewash, and they were extremely nice.

My monthly price increased, but the quality of the wash decreased, the last few times I went through the wash, it left black marks on the side of my car. The workers seem like they don’t care and would rather be somewhere else. Only half of the vacuums work and of those only half have good suction. This particular wash, on Michigan, used to be much better. I’ve canceled my membership.

Decent carwash for the price & the in person staff is helpful & friendly. I clean my car at least once a week here & I like that they have cleaner & microfiber towels. However, since I first started going at least a year ago, I noticed that now half of the vacuum stalls are out of order & they're the ones that actually have shade in the afternoon. Also, they've raised my monthly membership fee without any notice. Thankfully, it was only by maybe $2 dollars, but it's unprofessional to not at least send an email notice ahead of time. Their online customer service is horrible. It took multiple communications through my account/their website to get them to change the monthly package I signed up for to a lower one. I actually had to contact them a 3rd time, a month after my 1st request, threatening to Cancel to get them to finally change it.

I had a fantastic experience at Zips Car Wash, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Brandon, the attendant. His friendliness and willingness to assist were truly impressive. Not only did he ensure a thorough and efficient car wash, but he also went above and beyond to address any questions I had. Brandon's professionalism and helpful attitude made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend both Zips Car Wash and Brandon for their top-notch service!

I do not recommend Zips to anyone at all. A few months ago I went to get a car wash, and the rep stated that for the same price, they had a deal for unlimited car washes for a month, non recurring. I specifically asked if it was a recurring charge, and he said no. The next month, i received a charge of $43. I called customer service to Cancel and was told that the system was down and they couldn't pull my account.I continually called and was told every time that either the systems were down, or they couldn't find my account. 4 months later, 4 charges later i finally get someone who found my account and canceled it out. I explained the whole situation, and she followed up by askin. g why i wanted to cancel. I inquired about a refund and was told that refunds were not offered. I stated that i was signed up under false pretenses, and she again stated it was against policy to offer refunds. I expressed my frustration with the situation, ac she stated that she sent a refund request. Even i inquired as to why she stated before that they could notdo refunds, i was told that it was because a different department handles that. Overall terrible experience, abs I'm out nearly 200 dollars due to awful service.

Every time I stop in here to get a car wash and vacuum the vacuum machine is broken and doesn't have suction...I spend 40 a month @ 12 months a year for this service. So I will find another car wash and it looks like a lot of other people have too. It was empty on Sunday.

I will be canceling my membership of 3 years because of this.1. The employees NEVER pressure wash or pressure rinse my passenger side of my car. Like ever!2. The vacuums are broke more times than not. When they are on the suction is so weak I can not vacuum my car.These things are very frustrating and I'm just over it.Services: Polishing

Zips has really been letting me down for the last couple years because their vacuums are not working so many of the times that I go. I do appreciate the affordable price of the membership. But they really need to get those vacuums fixed or I am going to get a membership with a different car wash. They should be reimbursing me on the days that their car wash is not fully functional.

Seems far to often the station located on Michigan Ave. in west Pensacola has had numerous operational issues. The vacuum system and carpet cleaning are the most unreliable. I have been a customer for 2 years and will be looking for a better maintained car wash provider.

Rip off! I purchased a promotional 3 month unlimited package and when my RFID didn’t work, I waited for 30 minutes for an employee to tell me to “take it up with corporate”. Well I did, and they’re refusing to refund. I guess I’ll be disputing this with my bank and going elsewhere. Plenty of local places with better customer service.

Buyer Beware!Attempted to purchase the special offered in April by T-Mobile, and was told by the attendant that they were having problems with the T-Mobile offer not showing up in their system. I was then offered the same 3-month deal, which I opted for.Fast forward to 26 days later, my card was charged $37. I attempted to call the #'s provided for Zips, and got a recorded message, stating that I needed to call back during "normal business hours." I called the next morning, only to have my call answered (after being on-hold for 30 minutes) by someone I could barely understand. I was told they were having trouble finding my account. Funny thing, they certainly didn't have any problem finding my account to draft $37! After being placed on hold several times, the call eventually dropped. I ended up having to drive to the location to cancel my account. I was told, "sorry, this is a corporate thing we have no control over."I am not even going to try to get a refund. I am, however, never going to give them any more of my business. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me. Lesson learned. Buyer Beware. Spreading the word.I will be contacting the Florida Office of Consumer Protection to file a formal complaint, whether it does any good or not.

LOVE coming here to clean my car. I get nervous at car washes and in the past avoided going all together. But Brandon was so kind and helpful and honestly I don't think I'll go to another local car wash because of his wonderful attitude :)
