Extremely helpful & spent time on me - with a great attitude! Prices are a bit on the high side for me, but if that isn't an issue for you, they were great to work with. I was sold a pair of running shoes that had been worn, so check before you leave the store, I decided to return them & they were very nice about it!

Was in Pensacola on vacation this week and I didn't grab my Nike Air Max for walking with orthotics since I suffer from Plantars Fascitis! I did a quick Google search for Orthotics and came upon this little shoe store. When I arrived someone was quick to help me... got me some orthotics that support the Metatarsal area! Never heard of Hokas but dang where have these been my whole life? Like I'm walking on pillows! Service was great no more foot pain. These people are very knowledgeable about feet! Thanks again for the great experience!

Helpful staff. Great selection of shoes and sports apparel. They will donate your old shoes to the homeless. They have lots of running classes.

Had great customer service! Came in with some issues to work out on our feet and Misty was incredibly helpful. We found a couple of pairs of shoes . She gave us several to choose from and let us experience them. Not cheap but worth it for your feet!

Running wild is the best place to be fitted for shoe's that are the best for my feet! My feet finally don’t hurt after a few hours of walking or standing! The staff is amazing! Love shopping at local stores with familiar faces!

Stopped by today. I LOVE how every visit, the service is A+. Everyone is fantastic. I am sure I am getting the name incorrect - Ambersia was incredibly helpful & friendly even though I had her checking in the back SEVERAL TIMES because I wanted specific colors. (I run faster in certain colors) I love my new Hokas & On Clouds!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father, Brad Philbrook. My visit to Running Wild was fantastic from the beginning to end. A salesman named Dom greeted us at the door and made my wife, Sharon and I feel right at home. I inquired about the Brooks Glycerin 20 and Dom not only knew about the exact brand of shoe but also had a variety of colors to choose from their expansive inventory. I tried the shoes on, walked around the store to wear them in a little, and told Dom he had made a sale. Dom made sure I was happy with the shoe, never made me feel rushed, and shared a wealth of knowledge about the running industry. I have been shopping at Running Wild for nearly two decades and plan to shop there for many more years to come.
