Would refer everybody me to rusty cause he is understanding and willing to work with ya he does his best to make sure you the customer is happy with your experience for whatever you may have and his team is awesome very nice and I appreciate them I like doing business with them. Glad I chose them to get my truck from there very happy customer here thanks a bunch Rusty. Really came thru for me when I needed you too thanks again

Wow this guy rusty moye is awork of art my lady and my daughter bought vehicles from there we haven't had the cars two months yet they both are already broke down in the yard we kinda had words because he's charging what the actual dealership charges just for a diagnosis and I'm scared to take it back to him for repairs with thinking he will cause more damage than what's already done I think he dont buy new parts he only cleans the old parts up and put them back on vehicles and he has told me himself his main goal is just to make a profit not caring about weather or not he sales you a lemon its sad because my daughter was so excited about saving up and purchasing he own vehicle only for her to drive it for a good two weeks before It needed repairs he claim he fixed that issue only to have the same problem less than a month later is there something that can be done so he is held accountable for his actions I'm willing to protest if there's others out there thats having issues to have him investigated

After making a deal on a truck I was told it was being worked on. Week after week I called and spoke with not only a salesman but ol dusty himself only to be lied to. Rusty said it'd be the end of the week over and over. For such a large long standing used dealership, the only way it can still be functioning is with lying and cheating. Be careful buying from untrusty rusty. This dealership is where the reputation of used dealers came from.

A few weeks ago, I had stopped by and was interested in a 2019 Toyota Camry, took it for a test drive and it drove nice, he mentioned that his mechanics were the best of best and they tested everything and it was in great condition so we left and came back the next day and was ready to purchase, decided to test drive it one more time and the engine light came on and oil was leaking through the exhaust. Told him we were no longer interested and he complained about how he doesn’t trust any of his mechanics back there and that he is firing them but said the previous day that they are the best of the best. They are not trustworthy and I think they sell junk cars to people who are desperate

Less than 2 months after buying, engine light came on and it needs a whole new engine. Less than 2000 miles after buying it. Biggest waste of money.

They force u to get 500 deductible for collision and comprehensive on insurance which boost the insurance payments each month I was told my the insurance people that those deductibles make the insurance go up and they was recommending me to get 1000 deductible for those things but I couldn’t because rusty Moye requires 500 . When I brought it to their attention the lady in told me the insurance people was lying and they just will tell anybody that but come to find out rusty Moye was lying he wants 500 deductible to set people up for failure no all but some hate I had to give my car back because I couldn’t afford the insurance and my driving record is perfect I wouldn’t send no one to them at all

If I could leave zero stars I would! Cars are a hit or miss but mine so happen to be a MISS $2500 down the same day I got it the engine light came on!!! I didn’t have the car for a FULL two weeks it spent a week there “getting fixed” once I got it back the car would proceed to cut off on me in the middle of driving!

It's crazy because they did me very dirty I spent years with this company and they always fixed my car all of a sudden out of no where with out my consent they switched me to a third party after I signed a contract with them and the third party told me that they just have a lot of cars to handle payments for and thats why they sent my account over and that they will still fix my car but they completely finessed me and lied because I called them to fix my air conditioner because I have have a small child with us in this heat is not good and they told me they don't fix cars for the accounts they send over anymore my mind is just blowed I can't believe these people they are just dirty basically they just don't care about they're customers especially if we have children !
