Ive bought ION color and care products every 4-5weeks for yrs. If I could have left 0 stars I would have. Not only was just 1 out of 3 products I pd to have delivered($10.95+tip) right, as courteous as I was about the error, the MANAGER absolutely would not offer any type of compensation for me having to come back into the store. As a single mom of 3 who runs her own business, my time is valuable to me. She devalued me and my time and herself for being so incredibly rude. Luckily Customer service recognized her error and rectified it. I won't step foot back in that store. I hope that she learns from this, don't be in customer service if you can't handle it

The girl was extremely rude. I called asking a simple question, and I could not understand her due to her talking extremely low. When I asked her to repeat it, she hung up on me. I will never, in my life give them Business again. Because that is the most disrespectful thing someone can do. I own a business, and I would never in my life. Hang up on a potential customer. I am absolutely disgusted by that girl’s behavior and I pray that she was not a manager. Whoever it was clearly has no class, no etiquette, and no respect for customers. Because how ignorant is it for you to hang up on a client that simply need your assistance with something. If they did not have an answer, I would’ve just much rather them admit that they could not help me in a respectful manner. But to hang up on me was wild. Shame on you. This review most definitely is long, because that’s a hard limit for me. Please work on your customer service skills, because that should’ve never happened.

SHADY STORE! DO NOT SHOP HERE!Purchased a pair of clippers, tried to return them an hour later cause I found my other ones. The receipt said “refunds or exchanges will only be issued on clippers and trimmers that are unused, in the original packaging and with a receipt within the last 60 days”. I had that and didn’t even open the box. The cash register lady opened the box TWICE!! Refused refund because “no returns on clippers period per what her manager said”. This is $214.44… I called corporate and they called the store and the store said the seal on the box was opened… YEA CAUSE THEY OPENED THE BOX! Anyways it still qualified as a refund yet they refused because they cash register peoples word is over mine.Been doing hair for 25 years in this town and will not ever shop at another Sally’s and will inform anyone I can to go somewhere else.I didn’t even open the box!They are over priced anyways. I seen the same clippers for $164.00 on Amazon!

I’ve visited the Sally‘s in Destin Florida. I was completely a palled with the store managers behavior. Very pushy. The employee that was trying to help me was doing her best and the store manager was making things hard on the employee. The employee told me the managers name is Michelle. I watched Michelle mix and mingle and her Aurora is enough to scare customers away.

I’ve been there twice now and the employee Kim was so helpful and sweet. I’d go back to that store if only to be helped by her! She helped me find everything I needed! Thank you Kim!

DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!This store is fine, they have a decent array of beauty supplies that you could want or need. HOWEVER, I feel that people need to understand that SOMETIMES the employees are not certified hairdressers/stylists/etc. Years ago I was foolish enough to take advice for an additive that completely destroyed my dye job and caused some serious panic! Today, the employee suggested the exact additive that caused me such a nightmare. Yes, they work in a beauty store, but pleeeease remember to do your own research or reach out to a certified stylist when putting chemicals in your hair!

I was greeted upon entering the store and asked if there was anything I needed assistance with. The two ladies were kind and engaging. I believe one of them was training. The trainee had engaged other customers walking in and when it got busy, they were efficient in getting everyone taken care of. I took the chance with this location (based off the old + poor reviews) and it was a relief to have real customer service and genuine friendliness. Thank you!

I needed a color fix and I was unsure of exactly the right thing. Tandy, store manager, offered to help but was also unsure....so she took the time to make a call to her superior who advised us on what to do. I am SUPER impressed with the kindness and caring and taking the time to truly help me! Thank you so much and Tandy - you are awesome!!!
