Customer service at this location is something to be desired, to say the least. How is it you hire KIRA who is too incompetent to know the basics of operating a point of sale? I would think training is a part of the hiring process, is it not? Since when is it on the customer to reach out to YOUR support? You have to be obtuse and frequented certain classes, in order to have so much trouble completing a basic task, such as printing a receipt.Both KIRA & an older black girl (w/black rimmed glasses and had braids that were brown with honey blonde at the roots) she made sure to cover her name. They presented as if they had all their proper cognitive abilities, but I suppose that's wishful thinking.PHighly recommend retraining and cleaning house if you can't find employees who can function and operate at a basic level of customer service!!

I normally love to shop at Sallys! However, today I had nothing but a rude experience! I went in to by two IDconditioners. They were on sale for two for $12. I was talking to one associate and told her I wanted that and she told me that they only had one left. So I said well I need two of them. The clerk at the register Hollered back, well pick another one of a different kind then you have two. I told her I wanted them the same. I didn’t want any other kind . So I asked if there was something they could do for me, thinking maybe then, they would sell me one for six dollars. The girl at the register rudely said well we only have one! So I left, and I will not return to that store with that rudeness. She never even told me about to order one or anything she could do to help. The management needs to do more about training at the stores.

I love shopping at this Sally’s and here’s why: They are very polite, offer help to everyone who comes in. I’ve been at this location different days of the week all hours of the day, doesn’t matter. They are consistently offering great customer service.Now remember this is a supply store not a beauty salon, if you need hair advice go to the SALON. They sell supplies to beauticians, so if you need hair dye, lighter, bleach, gloves, etc. this is where you go to buy that stuff not receive a color consultation.

I hate to be the one to give out bad reviews, but I just want to warn shoppers to NOT take advice from these associates. I absolutely take responsibility in making the terrible decision to do so & now my hair is fried beyond belief. I went on 2 separate occasions, both employees were very friendly but NOT knowledgeable & seemed to try selling me items that they possibly making commission off of (i.e. products that were clearly on front display). All I wanted to do was dye my hair brown (from blonde) the first associate told me i needed a filler color in order to dye it brown- fine. sure, i saw brad mondo talk about it. she gave me a cheap packet for red dye & my hair literally came out looking like lava girl. and barely darkened when I added the brown. The second time, I went to get something to strip the color out of my hair. The associate said that this particular product was not bad for my hair & all color would be taken off. I CLEARLY followed the instructions on the box & my hair came out PINK and FRIED and PATCHY. it turned out to be even more damaging than any bleach I have ever done (& i have used strong bleach on my hair in the last, which much less consequences). I had no option but to dye my hair brown on top, and now my hair looks the same as before I stripped it but much more damaged and patchy. It didn't even look bad before, red just isn't my color. I'm really disappointed that these girls just carelessly gave me advice that would completely destroy my hair & will now take hundreds to fix.

Horrible customer service! I went in at around 4pm today and I wasn't greeted. The girl behind the counter was facetimeing someone the entire time. She was so preoccupied that she didn't once ask me if I needed help which I did..... I put everything back and went to the one on 9mile. I wont be coming back if this is how they handle things.

The customer service bad . Employee who was not on the clock sat there and ran a transation for a lady who was not from here accused the lady of try to steal and made a comment about the language that she spoke , I was on the other side store and heard what was going on. Second when ever i was running my transaction cashier sat there talking to the same lady who made the racial comments and on the phone will she ran my transaction, and then after 2 mintues of talking on the phone she sat hold up let aunthat lady transaction like it was an inconvenience for her . Those the worst service I seen from this location
