Honestly this is my favorite go to Sally’s even though it’s the farthest from me. But Abby and another associate with an “M” name, I believe either Megan/mikayla(so sorry if not, I’m terrible with names ?) but they had super pretty pastel pink hair ✨ anywho, both of them were so sweet and helpful when I came in last night. Really any time I’ve ever come here the employees are so sweet it genuinely makes my day better after leaving. They always have what I need, great sales, this is the best Sally’s in town

I would like to give a outstanding review to the Manager and Manager Trainee, Crystal for their help to me on Thursday morning. Crystal was patient, professional and ver knowledgeable. She took the time to answer questions about certain hair products and she recommended some great products for me to use while I am here visiting on vacation. I wish I had service like in my home state. I left the store feeling happy and confident that I would have great hair for the duration of my vacation.

Me and my wife came in last week and the guy who was working was awesome. He help the wife pick out products to get pink hair, the walked me how to bleach her hair, and to put the color on. Thanks. I think his name is Devin. He was awesome .

I visited the store 6/1/21 and had the pleasure of speaking with Allison and Dylan. They were very friendly, helpful and they provided information I needed to get my hair the way I wanted it to look.

Last week made the 4th or 5th time I’ve visited this location and my third time coming in and interacting with the male employee needless to say when he is working it’s never a pleasant experience.... first two visits he recommended the wrong products for my hair first time recommended a bleach and 40 developer for my strawberry blond hair when I was trying to go auburn... FRIED MY HAIR SEVERELY!!! when I returned two days later he recommended I strip the color and start over... completely RUINED my hair causing me to cut it from my mid back to my ears... all this not to mention the horrendous odor and lack of hygiene from this employee!!! GO TO MOBILE HWY OR CREIGHTON OR AVOID HIM AT ALL COST!! The female employees are very plesent especially arianna she was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products in the store
