THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE!!!! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER IN LIFE!!! THIS COMPANY WAS CALLED THRU MY DAUGHTER’S INSURANCE…. MY DAUGHTER WAS TRYING TO TALK TO THE TOW TRUCK GUY HE YELLED AT HER AND HUNG UP IN HER FACE AND THEN LEFTTTT…IF IT WAS A MINUS 100 I WOULD PRESS ON THAT.. I CALLED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OR SUPERVISOR HE SAUD I CANT DO THAT..HE SOUNDED LIKE THE SAME MEN THAT WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY DAUGHTER ..SOOO APPARENTLY HES A ONE MAN SHOW!!!.. BEING NICE DOESN’T CIST A THING!!! …GO SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!!

I highly recommend Sam’s Auto Center for your towing needs. Mr Steven was Very Professional and communicated with me every step of the way. As the Geico towing company here, they were dispatched to my disabled vehicle with a 2 hour ETA. I called to tell them I was in the middle of a busy intersection and really needed someone here quicker. They had me as the next pickup and they were to me in about 30 minutes. Steven was my driver and he was super helpful trying to help me figure out the problem and the best shop for me to go to. He also helped me out with a solution when I needed a second tow and he couldn't get to me quickly. He really did make a super stressful situation much better.

Superb & timely service. Brandon was extremely professional & very knowledgeable when it came to towing my vehicle. Brandon handled my vehicle with great care. I had already had an extremely rough week & my car stopping on me only added to the stress. Brandon was personable and that helped calm my already fried nerves. So impressed with this company. Worst tow service I've dealt with. Charged a $1000 for a recovery of 2 vehicles. 1 pickup truck and 1 small trailer. Tagged me for two days storage on both vehicles when they both had been there less than 24 hours.
Hank is a Jerk. Guy had the option to charge me one day but out of the kindness of his heart, hit me for 2. This according to Daniel. Trying to get Daniel to focus in between watching his daytime dramas on the office tv is a challenge.
I understand that they are in business to make money but what a racket. I suppose I would have felt better about the deal If they weren't as rude about it as possible.
