We have been Sandy Sansing customers for over 20 years - last month we paid cash for a used vehicle - yesterday received a letter from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet saying "Thank you for applying to us for auto financing. After carefully reviewing your application, we are sorry to advise you that we cannot provide credit to you at this time." We did not apply for credit - we paid cash. When I asked the customer service manager why I received this letter I was told it was standard due to government regulations, etc. Sounds like BS to me. Then I was told the finance guy (who was new to the job) made a mistake and did not check "cash" on the paperwork. I'm concerned this incident will affect my credit score and asked for a meeting with Mr. Sansing. The customer service manager flatly refused to even contact Mr. Sansing saying he does not meet with customers. Wow - what a mess. Hard to believe Mr. Sansing would not want to be aware of situations like this since it affects the reputation of his business.

It was very easy to schedule online with them, even sent email confirmation with directions on how to get there. Overall process was simple and easy. Upon arrival the service rep was very nice and helpful, wasn't trying to upcharge me on anything, he even let me use a coupon without any hassle. The service was speedy for being 16 cars back in line. They originally said 4 hour wait, but it was under 2. My only suggestion would be in the conformation email with a rough idea for how long the wait would have been based on how many other cars are booked, because the waiting area is rather small and if I didn't have someone to pick me up, waiting 4 hours would have been miserable.Overall great service, will go back again.

Dealing with Jillian McCoy was such a pleasure. After showing us the comparable trucks at her location she went out of her way to locate the perfect truck for us at a different lot. She went with us to that lot, taking time out of her day, and made the purchase as seamless as possible. Not being handed off made this feel like a personal experience and we appreciate all of her help. And we LOVE our new truck! Thanks, Jillian!

Took my car in to get repaired after a hit and run, the auto body repair shop gave me an estimate of 18 days to get my car back. Now it's been over a month and I still don't have my car and they were never giving me any updates and they still don't know when I'm gonna get my car. Only one person seems to know what's going on and I need my car and they keep lying about when I'll actually get it back. Communication is terrible with this place and they're not reliable.

Horrible service. Rolled into the lot looking for a gas 3/4 ton truck. No one came out to greet me. Walked in the door and the first guy seemed irritated when I asked if he could help. Also noticed everyone hanging out and laughing right at the door. Explained what I was looking for and the guy didn't ask for my name or anything. Sucks for them. Had money in hand to purchase a large truck. Their loss

Reserved an appointment time multiple days in advance for an oil change. Got a confirmation text from the dealership that the appointment was good to go. Arrive at the dealership and tell them I have an appointment when they responded we don't take reservations for oil changes and it's first come first serve. The reason you make an appointment is so your time isn't wasted and mine was. Also don't let me reserve an appointment if it's not an option, seems like an easy fix. Do not recommend.

Horrible dealership! Bought a used car and 2 weeks later was burning and leaking oil. Pushy sales staff that only care about making commission not getting you into the car you want. Most recently after trying to get a bill of sale has been an absolute nightmare. No one can be bothered to answer the phone or voicemail is full. Been trying for a week now to get a hold of someone and have gone to the dealership twice. Both times I've been told tomorrow or the next business day we'll get it for you. Still no one can be bothered to call back or even simply answer their phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

The only reason I'm not leaving a five star review is because, their price was a little higher than their competition not gonna name names because I ended up buying a car from Sandy anyways,(basically they had the exact model I wanted competitors didn't It could be reason for a difference in price obviously )

I would not recommend this dealership at all They are overpriced went saw same truck and close to 2,000.00 less purchased price and they said they wouldn't match it.Shop somewhere else save your $$$$There retail price was almost 8K more than dealers really same truckJust want to sell make commissions or sales and seem nothing about anything else RUDE

I would recommend no one use the shop or service department, incredibly rude people, accuse you of things, not helpful at all, won't honor warranty work. They're suppose to be an approved body shop through some insurance companies, don't believe it. If they had just been a little nicer, a little helpful, I wouldn't be writing this. Don't bother leaving messages for the service manager, he will never call you back, and when you call to talk to him, they send you to some customer service manager, a woman, Who does nothing but talk in circles and try to act smarter than you. That's fine, I have an attorney. where are the so-called caring people who claim to do whatever it takes to take care of the customer? I guess sandy sansing is big enough they don't have to care about us unimportant people. I've seen dealerships go out of business Because of their business practices.

I only gave them a one star because there's no negative stars I had an inquired about a vehicle for a couple of days told me it was good solid ready to go told them that I had to check with my bank make sure that I could get the loan for that vehicle that I would be coming up there to test drive it we'll have it ready for you to drive they said got the loan for the vehicle get up there and and was told they were going to grab it walked outside for 2 seconds turned around came back and said oh that vehicle doesn't run here how about this vehicle which was nothing like the vehicle that I wanted but I'm in a hard spot Because my vehicle had gotten stolen and I need something fast I said OK I'll take a look at it even though it was horrible it was horrible tell me a whole bunch of stuff that the vehicle had which it did not clearly but I still do not care Gonna take my losses and just go with it put the key in the Ignition it does not even start or turn on whatsoever OK well how about this car over here he said wait a minute somebody on the lot wants that 1 So in turn Sandy sanson come by a car if you don't want to drive it

So I was on the phone with one of the sells representatives and I was in mid conversation and he hung up like that's soooo rude bc I bought a 2018 Chevy camaro 1LT 2.0T and I was asking questions about the buttons. I wouldn't recommend going there they're very rude!!!
