Chris Wood was very professional and friendly and honest, I have not received such professional and caring service in a very long time. This was my very first visit and I was made to feel right at home and in a comfortable clean environment. The professionals that serviced my vehicle were very knowledgeable and provided me the information I needed to make sure that all my vehicle concerns were resolved. My car buying experience with Brent at Sandy Sansing Nissan was exemplary service! He was such a delight to work with. He and the rest of the team had me in and out in a matter of a few short hours. I would recommend Brent to anyone. 5 stars hands down!

Nearly every service advisor I’ve had over that last few years was dry and not welcoming, I’ve had terrible experiences here but they do provide accurate reads. The express service center has nicer advisors but I’m not entirely sure they give the more accurate information or a general script (example: I was told my tires pressures were fine, I point out that I’ve been putting air in one. The advisor said she’ll check with the tech, then came back and suddenly I’m told about a nail in my tire in my sidewall .. “but we put air in it.” Its a hit or miss, maybe you’re luck will be better.

My visit was great! I didn't expect to leave with a vehicle, but King Bailey was very knowledgeable and paid special attention to my needs and wants. He was able to match me with the perfect vehicle and I made my purchase that same day. I am forever thankful to him.

I had Anna as my dealer. She was so so helpful from day one. She walked me through every step, was very patient with me and found me the best deals. She is very knowledgeable in her job and new exactly what to do. Everyone at Sandy Sansing were very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend and I’d you don’t have a dealer yet, ask for Anna :)

It was a very long appointment. I came in for a quick oil and tire rotation. They told me my brakes needed to be replaced. They had let me know it was progressively getting worse the last two appointments and thankfully they could take the car directly over and do it. My service person was the best I have had. He was so nice, kept updating me, and was a complete pleasure to work with through the 2+ hour wait. The waiting room is clean and it was easy to get through some work calls and emails while I waited. I was very appreciative of the staff. I do want to commend my own service staff. I think his name was Corey. I’m not sure. He was excellent!!!

Very positive experience with Service Department. Made an appointment for transmission service. Got right in at appointed time. Repair took about an hour and a half. Invoice was within budget and they honored a service coupon that I received from in the mail. Service writer was courteous and professional.

***ASK FOR DEL***I spent 3 weeks shopping around and if you haven’t noticed, the dealerships everywhere are garbage; like you’re inconveniencing them just by walking in. I walked out of at least half a dozen with a wad of cash in my pocket because the people are unabashedly aloof.Well, not at this place. Best dealership on that whole stretch of road. The Sandy Sansing Nissan team is top notch. Ask for Del, completely restored my belief in customer service. He is extremely polite and attentive to the customer and even after my purchase; they had my money, but he continued to make things happen. Went above and beyond for the small things to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Not only Del, but the sales manager also made an effort to engage with me and it was actual conversation, not just business. Even the nice lady at the reception desk was very pleasant.I would literally wait for a used vehicle, like idk, say a Toyota, to show up on the Sandy Sansing lot before I went down the road again. I never leave the dealer sticker on the car, this time, think I will. Thanks Sandy Sansing Nissan!

Went in for recall work. Got a coupon for a free oil change with recall notice. They topped off my fluids, vacuumed the front and ran my car through the car wash.Coffee, sodas & snacks provided free too. It was a decent experience.

GREAT DEAL!!!Initially I was looking at a vehicle that had sold before I got to the dealer. I did not contact the dealer about the vehicle. (I was just going to check it out.) The sales team was very quick to greet, help and show me what else was available in my price range. I was looking at a 2007 Armada and I purchased a 2005 Titan which is more suited to my needs. (Thinking I could find a Armada cheaper than a Titan.)A couple small things; I was not given a business card by hand or included with the paperwork. Second, if you're out of state with out of state insurance make sure it is clear that your getting a temporary tag and registration. I was there probably a hour longer because my salesperson was under the impression I wanted hard tags. I wasn't asked if I wanted a temporary tag.All and all my experience was great!

We purchased by phone from Indiana and Ryan our sales pro was fantastic. He found the Rogue with all of the options we wanted 400+ miles away, arranged to have a driver go get it, finished our financing over the phone and had it ready and waiting for us when we got to Florida - after being so gracious as to pick us up from the airport and take us to the dealership. He could not have been any better nor could the experience have gone any smoother! We are COMPLETELY satisfied and impressed with the professionalism and care that Ryan and everyone at Sandy Sansing showed us!

I'm always impressed with the quick service, sometimes even without an appointment, and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Sansing Nissan to others - especially their Service Dept.
