This place will steal from you. Paid with a $20 bill and they claimed it was a ten when I just removed the money from my ATM which pays in twenties.
Response to Shell’s comment below:
That site that you posted doesn’t exist. If you truly were concerned you would handle this instead of submitting a canned response. Poor customer service!

If you're using a debit card, they will hold a LARGE amount of money!!! I put 12$ for gas, and those mofo held 178$ on my card! 1 to 5 days util I get it! I got bills to pay!!! Never coming here AGAIN, no wonder 2.4 review

Shell won't fix their pumps. Diesel has been down for over a month and they are too cheap to fix it

Very unfriendly, rude staff. The pump buttons do not work so I could not put rewards in. They have a bathroom outside that requires a key. Not sure why anyone would want to stop here. I never will again.

Going to get my fuel somewhere else. Last three times I stopped the diesel pump takes 15 min to pump 10 gallons. I needed 40 gal but not enough time. When the pump is fixed let us know via your response to this review. Then i can return to buying fuel and update my review.

One of the worst gas stations I've had the displeasure of dealing with. The only positive is El Asador that is behind it.

BEWARE OF THE GAS PUMPS. I Set it and locked it, and the gas pump did not stop. The pump got gas all over the back of my car since it did not want to unlock for anything. Do not use gas pumps here.

This used to be a good spot next to a solid taco place. The owner’s son who usually worked there was a straight shooter, but now the guy that is there most constantly changes prices depending on how he is feeling that day I guess. Most things don’t have prices on them so be sure to get a quote before he “rings it up“. I would go back if it’s still under the same ownership and I’ve just hit it at the wrong time the past few times but it’s just too shady now so I’ll find a new place. Buyer beware.

This is a bizarre Shell Service station at 7955 N. Davis Hwy in Pensacola, FL. It is located in front of a fabled Mexican restaurant. The price of fuel is .75 per gallon higher than a neighboring Circle K. You can't judge the price of fuel by looking at the large Shell sign. The sign is sometimes blank or lately has unreadable lettering which could be in some Arabic language. On June 27, the price of premium was $3.14. Since the electronic screen on the pump was very dim, I had to go into the store to use my credit card. You may know that model door covered with messages and dirty smears. The attendant speaks English with a dialect resembling someone answering a service call in India. The exit onto N. Davis Hwy is difficult, being very close to an Interstate on-ramp. Next time I will skip to the next exit. I usually pick Shell stations because there are standards of cleanliness with no price gouging. Not so at 7955,

Older gas stations. The only commendable thing here is the proximity to the taco truck in the back of it.
