The sprayers i gave them to fix did not work right after spending 800 bucks to fix them. I gave clear instructions, and I am very disappointed with this times repair ... they have fixed a lot of stuff for me, but this time it was not a good experience. Actually they appear to work worse than before. I explained to them what was happening, asked to call with a price before fixing , and expected paying good money ( literally could have bought a new machine) that these would function excellently. No hard feelings, I've always hired these guys to repair my washers and sprayers, In the future is will save money and do it myself

The store was clean and well stocked. The associate, Kristen, was very knowledgeable and helpful! It was a great experience and we’ll be back!

Poor customer service. Walked in , one man was assisting a customer another sitting behind a screen. Not acknowledged when I walked in. I wandered around for 5min looking for a product. Continued not to be acknowledged so I left and stated as I went through the door, "you've just lost a customer". Poor customer service.

Went in with a sprayer problem and the guy helped point me in the right direction instead of wasting my time and money
