Two of us tried to order here today…first person out of ingredients….and no bowls…30 min later 2nd person was told “We ain’t takin no mo orders right now”.Disappointing

My go-to fave meal. If I could afford it, I'd have one everyday. I am currently awaiting gallbladder surgery. I have a 32oz Power Punch Plus every chance I can sneak it in as it is quite literally the only thing that I can keep down these days. Our family of six takes advantage of the Friday special every week. Love my Smoothie King!

They make you wait in long lines for your food on the back counter sitting. Get a better online pickup system.

My complaint is not with the smoothie. However, the girl that worked today was caustic. I spent 14.40 on 2 small smoothies. She obviously has no concept how hard people work to earn the minty they spend with your location. I did tell her as a business owner myself I would absolutely not allow her in my employment. What is so hard to smile, be kind the the people coming into your store, and make eye contact? Treat people with KINDNESS!!!! I hope her boss speaks with her and coaches her or shows her the door. 6/15/2023 at 2:25.

I used the mobile app to order my smoothie. ETA was 6:21. I showed up at 6:20. My smoothie wasn't ready I waited in line. No one said anything to me. The person behind the counter proceeded to keep taking other people's orders with no smoothies going at the time. After taking all orders he began making all of there smoothies and mine last. After taking their payments, even the people that stood in line after me, he asked if I was the online order and showed me a smoothie in the blender was mine he just made before giving everyone else their smooth and just left it in there. He had to add more icer twice because it was melted. I got my smoothie at 6:30. Uninstalling the app.

Miles D. was extremely rude as soon as my friend and I entered. My friend asked him a question about the ingredients in the açaí bowls and he was unpleasant. When going to pay, he told us that he was going to ring up the person behind us because our bowls weren’t ready. We obliged, assuming that everyone’s orders were ready. However, we noticed that he let everyone behind us pay, but their orders weren’t ready either. We hopped back in line to pay. Miles walked away from the register and continued to walk past us. When he walked by again, I asked him if someone could take our payment. He rudely rang us up, scanned my app, and walked away again, without even asking if I wanted my receipt at first. Because I was still standing there, he then comes back to ask and I told him yes I did want my receipt. I just don’t understand how people work in customer service jobs but are rude and don’t want to do their job. The other two ladies there were nice but because of the customer service received from Miles, I’ll drive the extra distance to the other Smoothie King location.

Even though we changed the address of where to deliver the smoothie, they keep taking it back to another address and leaving it at the front door 3 times now!. Wasting our money and their product.

Smoothies have been skimpy the past few times - this is just sad! I expect to receive a full smoothie, instead I got only a fraction of one.
