Went to Soma because I regularly shop there and my Mother needed new bras. Mom had never been in. I took her in to be measured and she was able to find three bras that she loved!! It was during the $29 event. I know that when I want a quality bra that will hold up well, I go to your store!

It's a beautiful store, with lots of pretty brass and panties. Depending on how much you normally spend on these items, will determine if this store is for you. Their single pair panties were about on par with the other stores in the mall, and then everything else went up from there. As an example: a silky smooth-like set of pajamas, in the clearance area, will run you about $50-$60.
I like going in there to look, and when I can treat myself, I know which store is my go to! Soma!

Terrible customer service. Came to the mall specifically for this store which opens at 12pm on Sundays only to be told that they are doing inventory and won’t open until 2pm. When I said I wish it could’ve been posted somewhere to let customers know, an employee responded condescendingly and acted as if it was unreasonable to be posted somewhere that they aren’t open yet. Needless to say I will no longer be giving this company business.

Staff was pretty rude and unwelcoming. Ended up leaving the store due to their attitudes and not purchasing the items I was needing to purchase as I figured I could go elsewhere and not be treated poorly.

While I wouldn't recommend going to the Soma store in Cordova Mall (due to one particular rude sales clerk, and no one seeming to know how to correctly measure you for a bra), I would recommend Soma products, and ordering them online.

I don't even want to give one star. I felt like I was instantly being judged the second I walked in, I suppose it's because a young woman don't fit the look of wanting to buy larger sized bras for such a hefty price. All of the older ladies were politely welcomed and helped instantly. So terrible first impression. I was tired of trying to find my bra size and finally went to the younger associate to seek help. I had already measured myself so the majority of their job was already done. Well I told the younger associate my measurements and she was totally confused and acted like she didn't know how to do bra sizes, I then asked if there was a chart or something I could go by to find my band and cup size based off of my measurements I took myself. Again, she acted extremely confused and just d*** founded. She pointed to the older woman and said she is the one that knows sizes... well this woman was already helping another woman that came in after me. So I waited until the woman she was assisting got in her changing room and then went up to her and told her that I was coming to her because the associate said she was more experienced in bra sizing. I proceeded to tell her instead of me trying on 50 different bras I'd rather just know what my band size and cup size is based off of my measurements... she said nothing.. I continued to look at her, and then just told her my measurements. I told her my band measurement was 31 inches... she basically fell back in her chair and snickered and said um yeah I don't think so and laughed again... I looked at her puzzled and just straight up confused at how a woman could be so rude to a customer. She then said well I guess I wouldn't know considering you have a big sweater on. At that moment I should have asked for the person above her.. but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I have tough skin so I let it slide. She said well go try a C but I'm helping this woman right now, as she continued to sit in the chair in the changing room. Mind you the customer she was assisting was still busy trying on bras. So I venture off and try and find a C even though I know for a fact I'm not a C. I go back and forth trying on different ones. Never did she ask if that worked or if we needed to adjust the size or anything. So I put them all up neatly and kindly wait til she is ready to help me. 35 minutes pass. She is moving around the store almost avoiding me. At this moment I asked myself, why after all this, should I be doing business with them?? I had planned on buying $200 worth of bras (2 or 3) but why would I spend my hard earned money on that kind of service and it most likely not even being the right size. This place is absolutely terrible, or at least the older woman associate with short gray hair. And the other associate needs to be educated on bra sizing if she is going to work in a bra store. I would love to pursue this further so other younger women don't get treated this way.
