Paid alot of money and waited along time to get unnoticed we had mimosas got refills on just 2x server everytime she did come by wet my arm had no paper menus the code we had to scan didn't have a kids menu but all the people that sat 5min after us got menus . When we got our drink order server ran off Immediately before I could get an app we sat 20min before that could even happen from the start maybe it's just us and we had horrible luck with all this. Food was good but I can't go back for all that I had high hopes for everything this just wasn't it for us I'm glad everyone else around us had a great time

Came in for brunch on a Saturday morning around 11am. It was very empty, we had reservations but they honestly weren't needed. More people started to enter around 1pm. Our waitress was pleasant but as it got a little busier we saw a lot less of her. We had the bottomless mimosas which were pretty good. They were very strong though. If you want to add additional juices each were an extra 1.00 per glass. Every other place I've been to with bottomless mimosas I honestly don't remember being charged for extra juice or to swap out juices. We also ordered the shrimp and grits and creole omelette with breakfast potatoes. Both meals were pretty good, nothing to rave about though. Decent flavor, food came out quick. Not sure how soon I'd visit again, there are better brunch spots in Pensacola

We've been wanting to try this place for sometime now. Well now I wish we never visited. The place has a great location but food and freshness are not their priority. The fries were the worst we ever tasted. The fries were flimsy. My son's fruit bowl was filled with soaking moldy fruits. We asked for a new fruit bowl and the second bowl had translucent strawberries. Over priced meals for food that was just terrible.

Wife and I went here twice. The first time wasn’t that great, but the shrimp and grits were overall solid, so wanted to give it another shot. The below experiences encompass why this place was given 2-stars:- Vibe inside is a bit weird. It’s like the owners didn’t know what to do, so just threw a bunch of things together instead of getting an interior decorator; plus, the music selection is horrible.- Food was slow to come out given how many people were there. They have so much seating, that I’d hate to see how slow it is when/if they get busy.- Burger came out with wilted green’s. The waiter gave us 50% off.- Mac and Cheese was so bad, we had it removed from our check.- Overpriced for the quality of food overall.Overall, it’s not the worst place I’ve ever eaten, but when there’s so many other good restaurants in Pensacola, why risk ruining a meal because a restaurant (with potential) can’t get it together. Just don’t bother.

We were to thrilled to see so many gluten-free options for my husband who has celiac. The gluten-free hush puppies were awesome! We also tried the oysters with blue cheese and bacon jam that were good too. My husband had a filet with asparagus and mashed potatoes for his entree and I had the gluten-free seafood mac and cheese so he could try it as well. It was good but would have been better with the bacon fat bread crumbs that we had to leave off to make it gluten-free. We also had a gluten-free hot chocolate chip cookie and a skillet with ice cream that was excellent too. The main entrees could have used just a little bit more seasoning but the steak was cooked very well. Our waitress Mia did an excellent job as well.

This place was great before they moved to the current location.I arrived last evening for a professional dinner engagement and was invited to grab a drink during happy hour by the host while we waited for our room to begin seating. The bar tender was not attentive, friendly or fair. Another gentleman was waiting before me for service being ignored. Here’s the catcher. Happy hour. 1/2 off a glass of wine. He charged me full price. I mentioned the happy hour and he continued to charge myself and others “full price”. The reason given, “well the wine is usually $15-16 a glass so $9 is half price.” Not according to the menu. Not for Mark West or any other red for that matter. It was before 6pm. We mentioned this to the hostess and she just shrugged her shoulders. No offer to verify or check with management. Wonder how the transaction was handled. I didn’t have time to take it up with the manager as our event room was now open for seating.Food: had the filet. It was mediocre. I noticed everyone’s plates had varying portions of everything so no consistency at all. I understand some places weigh the main protein which can make the appearance vary, however, this was also the case with the sides. Some had very little, and some had very much. I will definitely not be back as a paying customer and will likely skip the next event as well. VERY disappointed.

This place has drastically gone down hill! The food is mediocre at best, service was very wishy washy. The food atmosphere and service was so much better when they were at the old location.

Can't speak to service and atmosphere since I got food Togo. The fish taco I ate from there has given me the worst food poisoning I've had in my entire life. I've spent more time throwing up in the last 24 hours than I have in my whole life.

This place needs more staffing. Early evening Saturday, clearly half of the tables were empty and told the wait was 30 mins. Stood in line for drinks for 30+ minutes and left thirsty. We went to Maguires and had food on the table before we ever got a text that a table was ready at Southern Market. One large dinner party should not cripple the entire function of a restaurant.

We came here with a party of 30+ and our waitress absolutely crushed it !Our waitress said everything on the menu is good so you can't go wrong ... and she was right ... no one had any issues. The drinks were strong and well mixed. The old-fashioned was a party favorite. The IPA was great. The parking is free and plentiful. Only down side is its a hit tricky with roads on how to get to their location even with GPS ... but worth the switchbacks.

We got sat around 1220 and got our appetizers 50 minutes later at 1310. Finally got our food 20 minutes later, I had ordered the Belgium waffle, on the menu said it came with powdered sugar and fresh berries and whip cream. They had served me a singular plain waffle and told me it doesn't come with berries anymore or sugar. Waitress wasn't very attentive overall a bad experience. Came hungry left hungry.

So unimpressed! The venue is the only positive thing about this establishment. Food is awful!
