We’re from Texas for Vacation here! This is the first time we’ve been here. My order waited around 30 minutes, we have little kids too, they took long to complete my order, although we came around 30 minutes ago. And they didn’t even say sorry ! We have to hurry to go to home too.haizza !

Staff was friendly, but not really organized. I placed a mobile order and had a 30 min wait (which was expected). I got to the store at the estimated time on the app and they made 1 drink and heated the food before we got there and still had to wait another 20 min for the second drink. First drink made was watered down because it sat there, food was cold as well. The second drink was really good so no complaints about that one except the additional wait. They were really busy so I did not ask for them to remake/ reheat the items because I would have to wait longer and I had to be somewhere. They just need a little more organization and put the items out together for an order instead of breaking them up. It happened with multiple customers while I was waiting on the second drink.

90% Of the time when I order a chai tea latte , it is weak and I have to request more syrup. I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate And they did not put the peppermint in the chocolate. I finally got so frustrated with this store that I called the headquarters in Seattle and filed a complaint. They added twenty dollars to my card and said they would speak to management at this store.

I didn't understand, are the workers even alive? They seem to be smiling, but they're not moving. Very slow.

Consistently (and unapologetic) slow service even during non-rush times. Unlike other Starbucks locations in Pensacola,I don't feel like a valued repeat customer.

The drive through was unbelievably slow. Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Sat there for 25 minutes.

This is, by far, the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I saw a long line at the drive through so went inside to order (1:30pm on a Tuesday). There was only one person in line ordering before me. It took me 25 minutes to get my coffee. I don’t know if they only pay attention to the drive through or if they are just massively understaffed, but management needs to get on this or I won’t be going to this location against

Has to be the world’s slowest Starbucks. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for your mobile order. Not sure why this store offers this honestly.
