StarVision Optometry PLLC is a locally owned optometry practice inside Visionworks at Cordova Mall in Pensacola. Dr. Star Rostankovski, O.D., provides comprehensive and medical eye exams, eyeglass prescriptions, contact lens fittings, diabetic eye care, dry eye evaluations, retinal photography, OCT imaging, and glaucoma and cataract evaluations. New patients are welcome, with Saturday appointments and limited urgent visits; call to confirm availability. Dr. Star participates in Medicare Part B, VSP, Avesis, Davis Vision, Superior Vision and Spectera vision plans. Benefits vary by plan and visit; self-pay is welcome. StarVision is an independent clinical practice; eyewear sales and retail services are handled by separate optical retailers.
