The facility is great, unfortunately they have a terrible business practice. They get you to sign up by giving you a “sale/discounted” price, which is actually just comparable with other facilities in town. Then 1-3 months in they jack up the price (upwards of $100/month higher), and then “offer to work on the price” if you say something or argue it. But will only lock it in for 6 months, and continue jacking it up gradually afterwards.
Update: I will more than likely be moving out of my unit at Prime Storage, one of the worst business practices I’ve ever experienced. They agreed to lock in my new price for at least 6 months, and I am now getting an e-mail saying that they are jacking the price up approximately $130 dollars more per month, after an almost $50 dollar mark up earlier this year. They claim and blame “market conditions and operational costs” for the mark ups. However, my family owns multiple large businesses in the area, and I know that businesses and facilities like these get fixed rates on their utilities, and storage units require very little maintenance and upkeep to function, when compared to other businesses. So what “operational costs” justify a more than $175 mark up on individual units in less than a year? Stay away from this place, they lure you in with a price that is slightly better or comparable to other units in the area, and will mark up prices more than 60% in less than a year. A 60% inflation no matter what the business is just ridiculous.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! This is probably the most unethical company I have ever done business with !! When you sign up, you sign up at a low reasonable rate, however, once you have been a member, prime storage automatically, without notifying you, will raise the price in my case by over $35 a month and claim that it is “ Fair market price “!! 😮😮
And furthermore, when you ask them about it, and ask them to Bring the priceDown to the original agreed, They are extremely rude!!! This Lady that I talk to on the phone, I don’t remember her name, Could not have been more rude to me!! She acted like it was no big deal, and I should just shut up and Pay the much much higher price than agreed-upon!! She argued, and acted like” How dare me ask for the original price I was told””!!!
This company is not a good choice!! Please do yourself a favor and choose otherwise!!!
Also, Don’t fall for the hundred dollar gift card if someone refers to you to use them gimmick!!! I referred someone to them When they had a $100 Amazon gift card offer available, After referring someone to them and following all of their silly bullshit steps, The person that I referred still did not get the gift card!! They came up with some kind of bull crap excuse why they didn’t qualify for it!!!
I wouldn’t put zero stars if they would’ve let me, but that wasn’t an option!!!

Patty, the employee on duty Saturday 7/5 at the 9 mile location in Pensacola was extremely helpful and is a great asset to your company!

My mother has had a storage unit here for quite a few years now and they've treated her very well. Recently we went in to see about different sized storage rooms and Missy was extremely helpful in helping us. If I ever find myself needed storage I'll definitely be coming here.
