The door on my unit was really hard to lift up. When the front desk found out they jumped on the issue. I'm really glad I chose this storage facility. Helpful and friendly people willing to do what it takes, making customer service a top priority. Thank you!

Love my storage spot. It's open 24/7. The associates here are friendly and professional. Always very helpful no matter what. The gates always work which is a big plus compared to my last storage space. Highly recommend!

Had items stolen from my unit! Management absolutely resistant to help! Top of unit is not safely constructed rendering access to smaller items of not protected. Made police report but can’t recover anything. Stay with a newer more modern unit with insurance. Lesson learned. Beware of the Debbie person, if you need any assistance or help. Her reputation precedes her. It’s like pulling teeth. Very combative.

Debbie is very rude and called my husband fat along with a lot of other rude things. She started yelling at him along with other family members as they were trying to move everything out of the storage

Mrs. Debbie was very helpful when renting a u-haul truck. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the business. The grounds are well lit and secure, as well, the units are clean and well maintained.
