Rude people work at this branch especially the lady with the glasses and brown hair she's got a serious problem! But really all the tellers got a serious attitude problem!

I am a new customer to this bank. This was my first time having to go inside to make a deposit. Marryann who was my teller was so unpleasant unwilling to try and help me with my new questions. My thoughts from this...1) Because of her I will go out of my way to a different branch2) Feeling like I made the wrong choice in choosing this bank3) Discouraged that someone in customer service couldn't even try to better help me understand my questions, instead acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of her day.

We were nervous switching from our long time business bank WF to Truist. Truist made us feel very welcome and recently called to verify a very large check I wrote to a construction crew. Now that’s customer service. Harriet Witherspoon from analogy department was very professional. And my local banker Jill Knerr has helped our business grow.

The worst visit ever the woman was rude didn't believe it was me and my account. I sat waiting for 30mins in drive thru and made me sign so many paper just to pull out couple hundred. Her name was merian.

Do NOT expect anything that amounts to customer service at this branch. In the middle of an ATM cash deposit (ATM in bank drive-thru) the screen suddenly went blank, indicated a "lost signal" and returned to the home screen. I was not given/sent a receipt, so I went inside to speak with a teller - who told me that this was a common occurrence. She also told my wife and me that she had complained to bank management who prohibited her from taking any action - not even allowing her to post a sign cautioning use of the ATM for deposits. Then she kicked the proverbial can down the road and told us that she could not do anything to help other than to write a claim/report (which she did) because Brinks serviced the ATM. However, she cheerfully (it wasn't her money, afterall) advised us that these sorts of things were resolved in 24 hours. (Glad I didn't need the funds immediately or I would have been out of luck!) So, three days later when we had still not received the deposited funds, my wife returned to the bank. Zilch. The same teller who had written the report now only vaguely recalled the event...rather than trying to resolve the situation they offered no assistance. We have since filed a complaint with Truist (corporate) through the fraud department - after some investigation the person we spoke with said our claim had been "canceled " - for reasons unknown. This has been a nightmare. I understand that machines break. What I don't understand is why the local branch would not want to resolve this issue. Poor-to-nonexistent management and/or customer service. Don't expect anything here, and you won't be disappointed!Update: After contacting Corporate the issue was resolved within a day. I simply cannot understand why the branch couldn't/didn't offer the same attention.

Worst banking experience of my life. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with four different people solely trying to update my email address and phone number to log in to online banking. My intention was to pull financial statements online as documentation for divorce from my abusive husband while I am going through cancer treatments. I called this office, and the lady on the phone tells me I as a double cancer patient on chemotherapy need to come into the branch in order to verify my identity for a total of $15.82 on an account, because they are "trying to protect me." Absolutely unacceptable. I will never bank with this company again. This office's only saving grace is their branch manager, Brett Deavenport. If I could, I would give him all of the stars for being extremely helpful, efficient, and understanding of my situation once I was in the office. That man deserves a raise.

Do not bank with this company. The "customer service reps" have no customer service skills over the phone and I can only imagine what they are like in person. I do not have an account with this bank and am in the market for a new bank but it definately wont be with this company. Bank at your own risk!
