The location here is very good, just west of Cordova Mall. The products and services should be one of the most comprehensive in Pensacola. All four lines of our family are processed here, and the staff's service is also very attentive and in place.

I Came In Just To Get Some Prices and I Left With A GREAT deal ! My Associate Tim Was The absolute BEST ! I wish all customer service reps were as efficient and on point as he was ! He took his time ! He walked me through my options! It was definitely one of my best sales experiences so far ??He Deserves A Raise !

If there was a 0 rating or a negative rating I would give it. This has been the WORST experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The WORST!! Go in to order the brand new lphones IPhone 15 Pro Max and had to order it.. the “assistant manager” the entire time was trying to “train” a new girl but made her do the whole process almost. She messed everything up… to the bill we randomly got that was never explained, the address was wrong, and the phones FINALLY get here after a month, my fiance got the wrong one.. she goes to this store for help and they tell her that all they can do is tell her to call the T-Mobile care.. not offer to do it for her, great service btw. So she calls and is on hold with someone who can’t even find her phone with the Iem number or whatever and is repeating himself, down talking her and completely being rude and not helpful. I called this store and completely went off on them with how I felt about this. They didn’t care. Told me to leave a review and corporate would get in touch.. I expect that to happen SOON. Before people start calling lawyers and getting with another plan. Thanks for the huge waste of my time money and effort.

Abraham was the sales rep I seen and he was fantastic! He helped me by getting what I came in for, internet service but then he went way far beyond to help me set up my account on my phone and solved a couple other issues too.

I had a very convoluted problem with an invalid voice mail, but Abraham didn't hesitate to tackle it. The solution took close to an hour, with Abraham calling various sources, but he got 'er done. And he did it cheerfully and professionally.

Abraham was incredibly helpful in buying a new phone. He answered all my questions, was knowledgeable of all current promotions, made sure I received exactly what I was looking for, and now also has me thinking of getting a new Apple Watch - which when I do I will definitely be asking to work with him in future and would recommend any reading this do the same. Great customer service throughout the buying process so thank you!

I came in about 13 minutes before closing (ive worked retail so i know that can be annoying). All i needed was a sim card to swap devices on my account. There was some mix up in what i wanted done possibly i did not convey my message well to the employee i will admit. However this guy was comlpletely rude and huffing and puffing like he was annoyed to be "helping" me. I will not be going to this store ever again all the other tmobile stores employees are friendly and glad to help this one there is always a delay, always attitudes from employees like you are inconveniencing them. You all need to work on your customer service skills, if you are not happy helping others may be time to look for anoter line of work.

I came into this location to inquire about transferring my service over from Verizon due to poor signal in my area. Tim H. was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He made sure to break down all the plans, add ons, and phones before I made the switch. Tim H. was able to port all my numbers over to T-Mobile, ensured they were working, and I was logged into my new account. AppleTV+ and Netflix were bonuses for joining and Tim H. made sure those activated before I left the store. This type of customer service is rarely found these days in retail so I’m glad I stopped in and was taken care of. Hands down the only T-Mobile store I would go into.

Wow! Amazing service! I worked with Jay and he was wonderful to work with! I came in needing something for my small business and he went above and beyond for me. He was able to set up the device so I could get back to work. Amazing store! So so glad I went. Also, I needed to leave a certain time and I was walking out right on time :) Thanks Jay!!
