Gotta congratulate you T mobile. Don't know how you did it but you managed to make your service even worse then it already was. The way you make it to load absolutely nothing but still say 5G at the top of your screen incredible! How do you do it? This is the second time I've been to this new location on Navy boulevard and second time I've been disappointed and left without buying a new phone. I received no greeting I received no acknowledgment of my existence actually and that is disturbing we had two employees talking with what I assume were customers but I can only bet were friends by the way they were carrying on. And not actually talking about anything phone or phone store related so I don't know if they were even there to purchase anything. I guarantee they weren't there to spend as much money as I was I didn't even get a hold on one minute sir Will be right with you. I may have stayed if I got some sort of..... well anything. I had to go to the North Davis store and I bought 2 Samsung ZFold 4. Spending about $4,000 on phones for me and my wife. I don't know if this is a corporate store nor do I care, I don't plan on going back here ever. And if it is a corporate store .......ouch.

Amazing customer service, my wife had a great experience with Rachel Mills who is a Mobile expert, Sean Ulichbey the store manager and Andrew. I highly recommend this store and definitely Recommend speaking to Rachel, Andrew and it Sean. I hope corporate is able to see this as they are doing an amazing job.

I had came to get the phone that I had bought through this store and I'm at the point I wish that I would have had it sent to my house. Some of the workers had just decided to go into the back to do whatever they're doing as soon as someone walks to the door outside of the store. While I was working with someone they kept going to another worker to talk about everything else. I said that I want to just take the phone home and I'll set it up but they just argued with me on it saying that I'm not allowed to do that it has to be set up by them.

Stephen spent literally hours with me and corporate trying to fix a glitch in t-mobiles system regarding my account. He and his boss together worked to resolve the issue. Great service great deals. Feels like your talking to family. Every customer I saw walk in the store were happy to be there. No so with most businesses.

I stood in line for 30 mins and then was told it would be another hour before I was seen... Now I have had my share of phones... And ive seen phones activated it never took that long.... I was just going to get a Sim card for my tablet which never happened smh may be I will try again another day

The T InT mobile is for TERRIBLE phone connection TERRIBLE service. If you want to be egnored and waist hours of you time go their. I was their for three hours watching 9 people walk out no one working in the store said a word to them. Don't waist your time go somewhere else.

This morning at 6am we woke to realize Noah’s phone, an old 7 year old iPhone of mine, was not working. He uses it for his continuous glucose monitor. Trying to dig out of sleepiness Matt and I were having the hardest time figuring out what to do. ? I got him somehow set up on my phone. Matt shared after it all that he had been scared to touch him, afraid we had missed a low during the night because of his phone breaking and he was gone. Afraid he’d be cold. ? After Matt was off today we went to the phone store determined to find a phone to fit our budget. Rachel was the perfect person for the job. She listened to our needs and purchasing power. I’m glad it was her for his first brand new phone that was all his. We can sleep easy tonight. ? ?
