I learned today that Target is the new Walmart instead of blue they're using red to disguise their self the people at the door asking to see my receipt after checking myself out right in front of them sounds like Walmart

# Formal Complaint: Store Disorganization and Service Deficiencies
I am writing to formally document my unsatisfactory experience at your Bayou location. The store's organizational standards and customer service fall significantly below acceptable levels.
The issues begin with management. During my visit on a delivery day, despite numerous staff members present, not one employee acknowledged me or made eye contact—with the sole exception of the self-checkout attendant.
What should have been a brief 10-minute visit to purchase a single undergarment consumed over an hour of my time. I was forced to physically move merchandise to locate my desired item, yet still completed a $100 purchase despite this inconvenience.
For perspective, I subsequently returned an item to your 9 Mile location, which consistently maintains superior standards. As noted in my previous feedback, I regularly choose to bypass your Bayou location entirely.
I urge management to treat customer feedback with appropriate seriousness. My motivation for providing this assessment stems from my professional background as a District Manager for Johnson & Johnson Suncare and as both a Store Manager and trainer for CVS and Blockbuster during my retail career.

I like the store, but Target needs to return to customer service and add more register lanes with real people. We are not employees and should've have to scan our own purchases.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Store had an item on the shelf, with security device on it, but couldn’t sell it. Would not price match to another store or help in anyway. Very disappointed and angry with this establishment. Do not put items on shelf, especially not with a security device on it, that you can’t even sell.

Pick up order incomplete, but charged full price. Not notified of any discrepancy by Target. What's the point of pick up order if you have to go back into store to retrieve items?

I shop at Target regularly, but had never used pick up before. I needed a size my store didn't have, from a store an hour away. It was easy, fast and convenient. The associates at the desk were polite, helpful and got me on my way in no time. I'll definitely be using this again!!

Was in line 7 minutes before 6am to get the Eras Tour Book. When we were let in the store, they are all talking about having your text message ready and picking up your book. I let them know I have no text message and am confused on how/why it was needed. Apparently someone was going through the people who arrived early and put them on a list to receive their book. No other book can be sold until 8AM. terrible process and terrible customer service. I have been at target releases for Taylor swift for years and never had a bad experience. I understand the idea behind sending texts. But the book was advertised as available at 6AM. Not 8. Terrible morning and wish they understood how many people will be upset by the process they chose. Beyond disappointed.

This target is usually pretty great for anything. I think its a little lacking in the produce aisle, but Publix is next door, so that's not a huge issue.

Not a bad store! I like the expanded grocery section and the general layout of all the departments. The parking lot is kind of tight and always busy, though. Maybe it's just me but I swear the selection here was a little bit wider than the other area stores or the ones in nearby Baldwin County, AL

Pensacola is my hometown but since living on this side of town .. I just love Target .. I know I've shopped at all of them.. They have so much more to choose from , the employees are so helpful.. seems to always have a big sale going on... The employees always have a smile so that tells me they enjoy working there .. great job..
