I visit this location all the time. Tonight like other times no problems until Maychelle the employee there came to the register with an attitude. Maychelle was mopping the floor when I first came in so in front of the register was wet and so since I was getting lottery I just went over and stood at the lottery machine. Well when she did come up a white man had approached the counter and I said to her I’m sorry I was here first, I was waiting on you so she proceeded to go back and forth that she’s open at that register not where I was standing and I said this is not a register I’m standing here for lottery so you wouldn’t have to walk back and forth and the floor is wet, she continued to say the same thing over that that’s not a register but eventually walked over snatched the lottery ticket while saying I’m not gonna argue with you whatever and I said please don’t cause I’m not trying to argue with you she then slammed the ticket on the counter walked back over to her register and proceeded to check out the white guy items, I stood there and then the second customer approached the counter with his items and lottery, so when she came to the lottery machine where I was still standing I said so are you refusing me service, she replied yeap and I said your name is Maychelle, she said yeap and I said thank you and left the store. This lady has a terrible attitude problem. She has one job and she failed that to provide a service to the customer. Way to go Maychelle for your poor customer service and not treating everyone with the same level of respect.

Easy access and decent fuel prices. Fully stocked convenience store. On my visits, staff has been friendly, courteous, and professional.

Okay, so I am still kinda new to this area. The Tom Thumb where I was living allowed me to bring in my own cups to get just ice, with no max limit. I moved and started going to a different TT. This one allows me to get many cups of ice. If I need a new cup it's .27 cents for a new cup of ice which I don't mind paying if I need a new one. Well we moved to our new home and the TT near me wants to get rude and catch an attitude when I went in to get cups of ice. Now I have 6 members in my family. We each want a cup of ice. They want to charge me for 4 cups, even if I bring my own cups in. I'm not gonna pay for the ice if I bring in my own cups. BTW the cups I bring in are ones that I bought from TT. It's hot people, try to show some compassion. And LOSE THE ATTITUDE!!! If it weren't for the customers, ya'll wouldn't have jobs. Even though you are around the corner from my house I will travel to the other TT to get my ice. Management really needs to take a look at the employees and their attitudes. Store is clean but often long lines and because of the floor lay out it is often hard to get in the door when the lines are long. Big bosses need to go in there undercover and see who they have representing the company. I will not be back to this TT, for any reason, If I can't find what I need at the other TT then I will just go to circle K. Its better than being disrespected and treated so badly.

My brother,sister an I go to this Tom thumb location several times each week normally we don't have a problem unless it's at night after 10pm. One incident was the older woman with an attitude didn't take an I.D.because it was cracked so my sister was gonna use hers an she wouldn't because she said it was a 2party sell in which we all are well over 30 an she was extremely rude. Then there has been a few other cases we went in to buy several items in store an also get gas an she tells us she can't break a $50. Really?? Very fed up with her bad attitude an unwillingness to help customers. Especially since we have been using Tim thumb for years,she is a very bad employee an really makes this company look bad

This is a great stop for gas and FUEL etc., It's a newish Tom Thumb, very clean, well lit at night, very safe convenient store. It's also right across the street from Blue Angel Cafe. They make a great burger and fries and shrimp and fries etc.,. A great lunch cafe. Don't miss this pirate'cola corner of heaven! Fill up your tank and get some super yummy food also across the street! I'm gonna YELP it LOL! Cheers!

The cashier was extremely rude and childish and even mocked my friend, he is the gray hair older man don’t be suprised if he comes off like a person who doesn’t like you

There was 2 ladies working todayThe slimmer lady working on the right register wearing a black shirt was extremely rude to meI entered the store on 5/13/21 at 4:48pmI asked her for change for a $20 and she threw 4- 5 dollar bills on the counter and rolled her eyes at meThis is very poor customer service??????

It's a Tom Thumb, can't expect a whole lot here. I do find it interesting that they require masks, which I do not have a problem with, but a lot of times the staff is not wearing theirs.

i stopped for a scratch off none the wiser to the implementation of manditory face mask. both male clerks immediately sounded off an almost startling order to produce a mask or exit immediately! clearly i didnt have one in addition to informing them of a medical condition that negates the requirement i was still met with "cover your mouth and nose with your shirt or leave"! i fully intend on following up with management / corporate to the fullest.

Inside city limits with sign on door that states no mask no service. Required to wear a mask in public places in the City of Pensacola.The staff was not wearing a mask and most customers were not wearing a mask. We need to work together people !!!
