The clerks are nice, but the management sucks they closed the bathroom because somebody smoked in there. How are you gonna punish everybody for what one person did. Come on man

So apparently the bathrooms are out of order. I asked and was told something about air quality blah blah blah. I know this is a lie because I heard another cashier at a different location tell someone else the same thing. So apparently they have a script for certain people that they don't want to use the restrooms. I would imagine not having operable restrooms for workers as well as customers would warrant a visit from the health department?

They refuse to let customers use restrooms, everyday its out of order, The employees in there are very rude. Also, they think they’re better than everyone else.

Very friendly staff, stopped in to use the restroom which was the cleanest I've seen at a public gas station, got a fountain drink and a candy bar the guy Ben who was working informed me drinks were on sale with a phone number as well as the candy was buy 1 get 1 for a 1$ he saved me over $3 my telling me their deals will be stopping in this store more often if all their employees are friendly and informative like he was

No bag on the pump. No signs. Pull up and the credit card swipe says pay inside. I go inside and wait in a never ending line until the unenthused cashier says “we ain’t got no gas”. This place sux.

The food is horrible at this Tom Thumb , I brought chicken livers they were over cooked and hard like a brick. If I was near by I would go back and get my money back ???

You need to change your store hours because I was just informed you are closed from 2:00 to 3:00 a.m. every night to get a deliveries. When did you start doing this and why? I don't understand why you can't still sell merchandise while a vendor brings stuff in.

What's happened with Tom Thumbs? Everything is more expensive than anywhere else. I can get a Monster iced coffee for 2.50 anywhere else, and these guys want 3.50. Starbucks drinks are 5 bucks. Are you kidding me? A small bag of Dots pretzels for 5.50. 5.50! While I was there, so many walked in the food area and walked right out. Their gas is .15 higher than anywhere else. RIP to all Tom Thumbs.

Airport and Pensacola Blvd location need to be a little more attentive to their employees. I mean to be slapped in the face by the loud odor of marijuana pertruding from either of the two young ladies is beyond disrespectful. It’s not what you do but how and that is NOT the way!

Very friendly employees usually. Clean mostly and decent gas prices. The bad is that their food is always a disaster. Their roller grill items are never available. Either they don’t keep pace with sales so everything is cooking or when there are finally items ready there are no buns. Annoying for sure.

I needed some money from a point of sale off my plasma card and as I was going to purchase a orange. As the excellent staff member understands this she suggested that I instead of spending 1.30$ on a orange I purchase a cup of ice, instead for .24¢. so I did and she gave me the orange as it was unsalable due to its time being there unsold. Thank you dear for giving me something from this great state. And keeping our of being rubbish
