420 E Olive Rd, Pensacola FL 32514
“Charlie came through late last night when I was in a real bind. Lost all coolant from a popped off sensor on my lower radiator hose and had to shut the engine off immediately. I was at a gas station in a less than desirable area in town and he came to the rescue and towed my vehicle with the proper equipment and safely, all with caring for the vehicle to prevent any potential issues due to it being low. Five star review and I’ll be saving his # for any future towing needs. Thanks again!”

“I had an issue and was told it was probably the transmission which I didn't think so. I took it to Steve at Hirst and he diagnosed it not to be the transmission and said it was the mounts. I had to go out of town and he took care of it. My daughter picked it up when it was finished. He communicated very well and all was good. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Kathy”

“I called at least 15 tow company's to get my car home from Dollar General 4 miles from my home, and the cheapest I found was $90 and it was gonna be the next morning. I had several people recommend this business so I text Ian, told him what I needed, and figured I would hear back from him later, but no he text me right back, told me his price we arranged a time, and he was there like he said hooked my car right up brought it to my home and put it under carport where it belonged. I will let all my friends and family know if they ever need a tow, give Ian a call and I'm sure you will be happy you did.”
