“I mean, the tow itself was fine. The truck driver was friendly and loaded and unloaded the car just fine. My insurance quoted me a time frame of 90-105 minutes. I called the company directly after two hours of waiting and they quoted me an additional 30 minutes. The tow truck took over 4 hours to get to me. When I asked about the time frame with the driver, he said that was the maximum they were allowed to quote. So I just wanted to say they'll tow your car, but expect a bit of a wait if your insurance quotes a reasonable time frame.”

I was literally stranded with a friend and having what seemed like the worst night ever, not only was I towed home but I laughed the entire time on the way home. “Very courteous, and reasonably priced as well. Showed up on time. I have a big car that's low to the ground where other tow trucks have had a few issues getting it up on a flatbed these guys had no issue at all and was fully prepared and made sure to get my car up on the flatbed safely with no issues at all.
