The staff is superb. They showed me several bikes that are suited to my riding style. The Trek Verve 2 suited me perfectly. I will be back to purchase it when Trek stops substituting no name parts for the brand name parts in the specs.

Customer Service is excellent. Robbie was very knowledgeable, helpful & quick. He found ways to teach me about several things of my bike concerns patiently. He fixed the tires and helped me mount my bike rack properly. Thank you so much!!
