The outside of the trailer was filthy. However the inside was CLEAN. It met my needs going across the country. Can't complain about the price.

Everyone at the Mobile Hwy location were wonderful and made my first time using UHaul an excellent experience! They were knowledgable, professional, and provided superb customer service! The 10 ft truck was great and just what I needed to move from my 1 bedroom apartment. The employee at check in even suggested that I could save $140 by dropping it off in a different location that was a little further away than my planned drop off location, but it was a great savings, so that worked out nicely! Overall, would definitely use again for my moving needs!

very unprofessional. Made a reservation 2 weeks ago for this location and they didn’t want to give me a truck because they wouldn’t get one back till the 7th. Then they sent me to the u-haul on 9th ave & it’s currently 9:06 and STILL nobody has shown up. My reservation was at 8:00 and I am very unhappy with my experience with pensacola u-haul abd this is a BIG BIG reason why we are leaving pensacola. Very unprofessional. Also nobody ever called us to confirm our details about our move.

From the moment my husband and I stepped into the office to book our reservation with Matt, throughout, even switching from a 26' to a 20', was no issue. Everyone we dealt with in-office was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We've reserved with U-Haul in the past, but this one was a big deal for us as we were closing on our new house and needed this reservation to be flawless, AND IT TOTALLY WAS! You guys rocked it; everything down to returning the truck was a wonderful experience.

Website is misleading on the rental price. Attendant wrote my miles for one way trip then later charged me for over 100 miles.

I was charged for a full month on my storage but was only using my unit for a week. They didn’t even try to reimburse my money for the rest of the month. I don’t think that’s right
