I recently had a fantastic experience renting a trailer from U-Haul, and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free.
The online reservation system was user-friendly, allowing me to easily choose the right trailer for my needs. When I arrived at the location, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They took the time to walk me through the rental process, ensuring I understood how to hook up the trailer and provided tips for safe driving.
The trailer itself was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and ready for my journey. I appreciated the clear instructions on how to return it, which made the entire experience stress-free.
Overall, I was impressed with U-Haul's commitment to customer service and the quality of their equipment. If you need to rent a trailer, I highly recommend U-Haul. They made what could have been a daunting task into a seamless and enjoyable experience!

Fast,easy rental process. Was able to return @ 9:00 pm and leave keys in Dropbox. Clean, late model Chevy truck with low miles.

Hello, I had no issue renting, I had some issue though with unfortunately renting the only truck they had that someone previously smoked in, I want to shout out to Kirsten the GM for taking care of that issue she swapped out the vehicle for me and we had no issues. It’s not uhaul fault that other people abuse rental equipment. So I wanna say these people here are great, they get things done and have good customer service

Yall took to much money from me after I had that uhal for 21 days. I'm a faithful customer and this is how yall do people who spend their hard-earned money and now I gotta wait for yall do pay me my money . That's bad bad business. No deal was applied like they said it was. If you check my account I spend at leat 300 every time I get a uhaul and now it this.

I reserved a truck a week in advance as well as a furniture dolly. On the pickup day I was informed there were no furniture dollies available but was told I could purchase one for $20. There were several trucks on the lot for rent but the clerk again told me no dollies were available. Of course I was not happy because I reserved a furniture dolly in advance because I needed one to move the heavy furniture pieces. I felt like I was not being told the truth because there was one sitting in the store which the clerk wanted to sell me gor $20. Luckily I was able to borrow one from a friend. I will probably not rent from this UHaul again because I felt like I was being taken advantage of as a woman. I will choose another truck rental company for any future moves.

Miserable experience using the online pickup. Vehicle could not properly display mileage and fuel reading at same time due to an electrical sensor issue with the tire pressure gauge making it impossible to properly upload a verification photo of the mileage and fuel in one photo (site only allows upload one photo for that portion.) Got a vehicle that had about 7/8 tank of gas so when I returned it I ended up filling it beyond full because it’s difficult to fill up back to exactly 7/8. You’re welcome for the free gas (about 3 gallons of free gas) Also, the AC didn’t work in 95+ Florida summer heat which was awesome. Garbage experience, garbage vehicle. Don’t recommend.Non-online pickup won’t be helpful because they are understaffed so you will likely experience long wait times like I did just to bring up the vehicle issue.
