I have used this location for several years and haven't had any problems. NOT this time. You have lost a repeat customer.Check in was a nightmare and then I left money in the van when I returned to get it,I was told the inside hadn't been checked yet but it somehow made it's way to the office.

The absolute WORST of all the local locations. Every time I rent here, it's a headache or a hassle. The old lady and man are always rude.

Very rude told me he was with someone and was gonna be awhile. Told me to use the after hour drop off outside. The online process was not working 2 minutes later he finished told him it didn’t work and the look I got. Sorry you have to do your job. Very small location no where to park not impressed

Horrible experience and waste of time. Edit. I was meaning to leave the one star, since it can’t be zero, at the location with the obese prejudice manager. Shame on you U-Haul, to have a person like this representing your company!

The people who run this establishment are some of the kindest and helpful people I’ve met during my entire time in Pensacola. They took time out of their day and helped me to get a truck from another store and saved me days of waiting. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion.

Mike & Christina Harris run this location. I have been doing business with them for over two years. Not a single time have I ever made a request that they have not satisfied. They are professionals who have integrity and are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. They are a credit to the U-Haul Co. and are an example to other store managers. Granted I have done business with other locations but I far prefer doing business Mike and Christina.
