Wanted to give a huge shout out to Mabry at Ulta in Pensacola! She helped me pick out my whole makeup selection. Serum, concealer, foundation, tinted moisturizer, contour stick, makeup brushes, etc. I’m always trying to learn more about makeup and she answered all of my questions. She was super knowledgeable and informative. Really love that she took her time with explaining and applying samples to my face and giving advice. Genuinely such a nice, friendly, and honest person - she will be my go-to girl for makeup and skincare!!!

great customer service but they NEVER have bondi sands technicolor blue shade in. ever. i dont get the same dopamine rush from ordering it as i do finding it in store

Only guy in the store to pick up my wife's fragrance for a anniversary gift and stood by the fragrance locked cases for about 20 minutes, ask for help several times and told will be right back. Didn't look busy to me at all but while on the way out a girl from makeup ask if I needed something. I guess only since I was headed to the door so she did go get what appeared to be a manager. She was then helpful but didn't have the right fragrance so I went to Dillard's, waited on immediately, had what I wanted in stock bought and out in about 5 minutes.
Maybe a great store for women but men your wasting your time.
My first bad review in over 8 years of being a local guide.

I started using the salon for root touch up in December 2024 bec it’s more affordable than the previous salon I used to go to for the same service and result. Loved Abba but she moved up north and I was worried I won’t find another stylist I really liked. I went through the pictures of the stylist and chose Paige last month. I’m glad I did. Paige took the time to analyze my hair color and helped me decide what looks better for my hair. I went back tonight for my 2nd appointment with her. This time I added highlights. She took the time to make sure again that the colors was just perfect for me. It took a little longer than we anticipated but, she didn’t make me feel rushed. She worked longer than she was scheduled to take care of my needs. She took her time to provide the service a customer deserved. She showed me that she cared about how it looked to me and on me. She went above and beyond to make sure the colors were just perfect! And it was. She provided a great and relaxing time for me, professionally, with patience and exemplified the kind of stylist I’m looking for. I think I found my hairdresser. Paige is an asset to Ulta!!

As a Door dasher some business get super frustrated when we need help. Today I tried to find everything on my list and was failing. I walked up to two ladies talking and Andrea helped me. She was so sweet and helped find everything in my list within minutes. She was in fact happy to help even though I apologized for interrupting her she let me know I was no problem at all. She made me feel so welcomed. I found out at check out she was the store manager. What a asset she is to that store. Her cashier girls had nothing but sweet things to say about her. What an amazing person!

I walked into Ulta to ask advice for a hair color emergency I was experiencing and Yvonne not only offered to help, even while she was working with another customer, she repaired my bleaching accident perfectly. She did this with a smile, while juggling two customers and did a great job. Thanks, Yvonne!

5 stars to Taylor for her EXEMPLARY customer service. 4 stars due to her coworker, who seemed determined for me call customer support on my own time, Taylor took an extra minute to go above & beyond. The result was resolution of the issue & and a very satisfied customer.
