If I could offer zero stars, I would. Never, ever go here unless you have all day to wait. All I needed to do was drop off a package that was already labeled. The one person behind the counter would not acknowledge me even after 10 minutes while he helped someone else. As the line behind me grew, I finally just left. Worthless.

I went to return some Amazon packages and thought I was organized and of course wasn’t. Janiqua, “J” was so incredibly patient and helpful. She was kind and during a week many people haven’t been, I appreciated her!

Told my manager and staff that my package was not there and that I should go the other stores in the shopping center ask them if my package was delivered to them, then the manager said to me that the UPS drive told her he had a package to deliver but couldn’t find it, I explained that I had a tracking number and per the French Toast company that my package had been delivered, the staff’s attitude was they didn’t have it and didn’t really care one way or another, I won’t is them every again

they lost my package. it never made it to the driver. I've asked the kid at the counter for the managers number and he refused. I drive across town to avoid this location.

I used to lov going to this location...but the other day I was treated so terrible, I don't think I will be going back. Lady with braids was rude and didn't want to explain the label printing to me and pointed to the printer and said they don't hav a printer? I was very confused why she was such an angry person and the no printer threw me off?

Store # 1741 Bayou Blvd - I arrived at the store to return a package for work at 2:40pm on 10/6/23. When I arrived the door was locked. A customer was inside with an employee. When I tried to open the locked door I was ignored by the employee however the customer did acknowledge my presence. In the meantime another customer arrived. The inside customer was escorted to the door and the employee stuck her head out the door and said she was by herself and had to catchup and it would be a few minutes. Another customer arrived while we were waiting. The 3rd customer lightly knocked on the door to ask how long were we going to be waiting. The employee came to the door and put a sign on the door that said the store would be reopening at 4:00pm. Theemployee was extremely rude and unprofessional yelling at all 3 of us. The catching up could of waited and the customers should of been recognized and their needs attended too, first and foremost. Very poor service.

Store # 1741 Bayou Blvd - Extremely rude and unprofessional sales clerk. The store closed unannounced in the middle of the day. Door was locked and when I knocked clerk came to door and yelled at the 3 customers waiting outside. She said she was busy and the store would be closing for the next 1 1/2 hours. Very poor customer service.

Do not come here for Amazon returns without a printout. They will not print your RA from a flash drive or any media. You will be directed to the UPS hub store in NW Pensacola.

I paid $100 to Xpress mail my key overnight. They assured me that it would be there the next day by 11 AM. Key didn’t come till days later. I think it cause I’m black..

I use this UPS store a couple times a month and always get great service. Very friendly and professional employees. I've also used their shredding service and found it very convenient.

I just now dropped off a package. The lady with the pretty nails was very kind and helpful and the atmosphere was light and nice. The gentleman also working was nice. Thanks for your kindness!

I pulled up to the store at 6:00 PM on May 18th and was EXTREMELY upset when I saw the store had unexpectedly closed early with no signage, explanation, or anything. I called and ofcourse no answer. How does this happen??? Save yourself a trip and just go to the 9th avenue store right down the road.

Your driver's are horrible. I live in a very small trailer park, it is posted 5 mph. They are driving so fast they are jumping the speed bumps. You can't get the truck number because they are driving so fast!! I would hate to see what happens if they hit a kid or an animal.
