im very dissatisfied with UPS, my packages of expensive very fragile things are lost with your company. Ill be filing a law suit. if there is nobody to sign for a package do not drop it off just anywhere. do better

Very dissatisfied with the way my kids Christmas card and package was handled during transportation. He had a Christmas card with two gift cards inside totaling $220 and his Amazon gift card for 110 was missing because of the gaping hole left by the damage done during transportation. I filed a claim and we'll see from here.

Driver Akil is incompetent and lazy. Refuses to ring the doorbell or knock for packages requiring signature, and instead leaves a missed delivery note on the door and on the subsequent delivery date leaves another note stating the package now needs to be picked up. Akil will clearly do anything to get out of doing his job. We’ve had this issue with him multiple times. Complaint has been filed with UPS corporate and video footage has been filed.

They have been extremely helpful. I’ve had multiple returns lately b/c I moved. They never gave the dashers any problems. There was one unpleasant experience. The dasher brought all of my items back b/c some guy named Tim refused to look at the items and match the QC code.

I would give them a zero if I could. Absolutely useless. I have called seven times and the automated answering machine refuses to let me speak to a person. I have read it my tracking number and it either relays it back incorrectly or says it does not understand and to try again later. I cannot get any assistance with my question.

Constantly labels my packages as wrong address despite multiple times calling. Phone virtual assistant is unable to help but refuses to connect to local office or live person and hangs up mid call.

The ups guy that delivers in 32583 is lazy and does nothing but sends packages back to senders.. this has happened to me multiple times... no common sense what so ever
