I recently had a custom piece of furniture shipped with you. 1ZR526B50320010219. I had the the piece wrapped in foam, then stretch wrap, then crated it with 1/2 inch plywood. It arrived at its destination missing the crate and foam entirely, rewrapped in plastic wrap. The dresser was very damaged. All the casters were gone, the lower drawer was damaged, the drawer pull broken off, and it had scuffs, gouges, and paint chips everywhere. Yes I already filed the insurance claim but that’s not the point. I cannot express how disappointed I am as well as my customer. You have lost me as a customer.

I went in to have copies made of legal documents. I was treated badly by Ming. I had been standing in line for a few minutes when another lady walked in the store. Ming immediated told the lady to come up so she can help her when she saw me standing there waiting for assistance. As a Federal Worker, I did not need this today!

The employees here are friendly and helpful. I had a phone lost by another ups store and they worked hard to help me. Never found my package but they tried.
I dropped off some Amazon returns yesterday and they helped me with a heavy box. Thanks to the whole team!!!!

I will go out of my was to ship from Blue Angel UPS! The employees are so sweet and always greet customers as they walk in! They’re extremely helpful with every need from..shipping, notary, to printing documents!

Just be aware there is a one dollar fee for any package drop offs. Even if you already paid the shipping for the package. Good service, nice folks

Dropped off a box with pre paid shipping label. Was in and out in like 90 seconds. Employees were very nice and efficient, would visit this location again.
