My nephew was home for his brother’s memorial and had a medical emergency that required him to go back to CA. Of course, his mother, my sister went with him. She forgot a small bag, so we took it to the UPS Store on Blue Angel and paid $50.00 to express ship it to a UPS store near Stanford Hospital for my sister to pick up. The scheduled arrival date was on Wednesday. My sister left her very sick son, andwhen she arrived at the store on Wednesday, she was told that her package had been sent back to Pensacola because your store failed to put her phone number on the ticket. She calls us, upset and we called your store. Talked to Thomas, or Tom and he was not friendly or helpful. He told us that we should have called the UPS store in California and given them my sisters cell number. WHAT??? We paid you $50.00 to get the package to her, so why would we have had to make calls to a store in CA??? Absolutely no one told us at YOUR location that we would have to do this. We were told by Tom at your location that we would not be getting a refund. Why? It was not our fault. We were also told by him that he would call us when the package arrived back at your store. Never got a call. My sister has been through hell and needed the items in her bag that she left behind. It’s only $50.00 but we are not letting this go and we will never use this location again.

Just dropped off SEVERAL packages (a few Amazon, return Comcast modem, shipping a gift..) and the young lady who helped us, named Kiona, was so so sweet, helpful, and incredibly patient with us and all of our chaos!! It was literally as painless as could be, and I won't hesitate to come back! Thank you for the amazing, swift, professional, and kind service Kiona, we appreciate you!! Keep up the good work!!

Worked with Tom on packing and shipping some important items from FL to AZ. I was very concerned as they are valuable and one of a kind items. He assured me they would be packed well and they were. I received them as promised and in great condition. Thank you so much!

I had a ton of questions about the package I wanted to send, and Kiona was wonderful! She was friendly, helpful, and sincere. UPS should have her teaching the class on customer service!!

Shipped a Mother’s Day gift on 5/10. UPS still shows it hasn’t been picked up from the store. Called the store and was berated by the employee saying that they shipped it and it’s not their responsibility. I called UPS and they have no record of receiving the package. Called the store back and they said they would start an investigation. Tried to call and ask some questions and was met with very aggressive angry woman saying it’s not their fault. I asked to start a claim for a lost package and was told I would need to produce receipt for gift and I said that was not a problem she said well we don’t really do that. I asked to speak with a manager and she was unavailable and apparently only works from 8a to 12p some days. I tried to call back and no one answers my number. Still waiting for an update or some information or something. Out over $100 and still no one cares. Oh my Mom is 80 and has dementia. I will save myself the trouble and just go straight through UPS or even USPS next time. I guess I will contact my bank and at least recover the shipping charge. This is the reason a lot of small businesses go under, you try to support them and get pushed to the side because you don’t matter.

I have used this same location on Blue Angel Pkwy for more years than I can remember for mailbox and mail forwarding services. Great location and always very helpful and professional staff. You just know you're in the right store with this crew. I travel a lot and they always get my mail to me no matter where on the planet I am.

Theresa, Rachel, Tyliah, and Dorothy are all SO WONDERFUL. I am moving across the country and I’ve come into this store 50 times it feels like… and every time they are super nice. They’ve held the door for me, they greet me by name, and they help me find everything I’ve needed for moving. Heaven sent. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Tried shipping bill receiver account and was initially told they don't do that, and that is need to drive to the hub. After discussing with manager, employee allowed me to ship. Sounds like a lack of training.

Not sure how this store can get more then one star. The one employee who was working she smelled like pot so bad I was getting sick standing there have to conduct my business with her, In the past year that store has gone down the employees are rude, the manager wanted to charge me 1.25 for a strip of tape, I was like what? she said we dont give anything for free, The prices are ridiculous for a box, go down the street to eagle packing on Fairfield and you can buy 10 boxes for the price this store is charging for one. Bad ownership for sure before this new owner took over the store was great to go to , No issues, Now there's favoritisms for the regulars, degrading comments from employees and even the owner on customers. No thanks Ill take my business elsewhere from now on. I suggest anyone reading this to do so as well.

Love this store. I'm using a PMB box. It's so much better now. The USPS is terrible.I must say thank you to all the staff. I pick my mail up just before closing and the beautiful young lady/manager Theresa is always very nice, helpful and professionalTheresa is definitely an asset to this company.
