I have not encountered a single person at this post office who has not been absolutely pleasant and helpful. Delilah, Patricia and Yasmine are top notch.

This place needs to shut down,all usps be quicker to travel to pick up your own packages,since they make it to their last destination and they forget to take it off the truck and back out in the world your package goes

If I could give 0 stars for the delivery I would. I am bout done with you. Destroying my yard turning around in my yard after me and the manager had a talk about it Where to turn around? Because I live on a dead end road. How is it substitute drivers can turn around Where I said to and not destroy my yard but the usual driver. Messes up my yard and yes, honey.I got lots of videos saved. I'm done with the games and yes if you want to hold my mail like you said yall would if I close my gate I'm good with that I pay online anyways. But I will talk to a lawyer I will send the videos of everything. And the two notes your driver left in my mail box as well. It is not ok to mess people's yards up. The pics are from 3 different times.

they called me THE DAY OF my passport appointment to tell me to reschedule it due to lack of staff. i made the appointment 3 weeks in advance. isn’t the purpose of making an appointment and not be a walk in is so you have adequate staff to cover all appointments that day? all the places i’ve worked we’ve never turned people away for being short staffed, it just might take a little longer, but still accommodate them ESPECIALLY if they had an appointment. now i have to wait even longer through no fault of my own and good thing i didn’t already have a trip planned since passports already take weeks to receive after applying for one. reading the reviews of this location now it makes sense and i don’t think i even want to get my passport here anymore.

Has to be the absolute worst post office to go to in Pensacola. I dropped off a couple of small packages into the blue box just outside of the place over 3-4 DAYS AGO (it was not during any holiday & even if it was during after hours, it should have been collected by now) but it still isn’t reflecting getting scanned or any progression of being delivered in the USPS tracking system. I’ve never had this happen before & I’m pretty concerned. Can’t get ANYONE there to answer the phone (as many have said in previous reviews) & to be blunt, so many things about this USPS location is ghetto. I know USPS is definitely no FedEx, UPS or DHL, but seriously… DO BETTER!!

I've never seen a slower post office. Unhelpful. An absolute disgrace of an American institution. Will lose your passport and send you in circles to recover it unsuccessfully.

Husband and I just got our passports renewed at the Pensacola post office on Old Corry Rd. Yasmine was the employee who took care of us and she was fantastic. Knowledgeable about every question, efficient, and she made the process fun. In a perfect world, everyone who works with the public would be a clone of Yasmine.

I believe this branch and the employees do the best they can. Yes, you have a few that are noticably lazier or less unfriendly but the great employees make up for the few that are lacking. True, you'll be hard pressed to ever get anyone on a phone call but I think they are woefully understaffed. This has been my branch for three years and overall the good service outweighs the bad by a long shot and people need to cut the hard workers some slack.
I wish I knew more of them by name. I had a wonderful carrier named Tony for 3 years but just recently moved and I really miss him!! He was absolutely amazing. I'm still in the same area but not on his route. I'm hoping to get to know my new carrier soon 🙂

People are rediculous. This PO has an overall 2.2 rating which is BS. This is hands down, by far the best PO that I have been to in Pensacola. I am always greeted with a smile. Even when the line is long they move it quickly. These employees bust their a$$. Must be disheartening for them to see this score. No prob for me though, take your poor attitude and unrealistic expections elsewhere. Shorter wait for me to get 5 star service.
