First of all your staff is rude, so I’m sure y’all could care less about this review. Second my delivery never even made it to my friend. I got some bs message that the address I sent it to was vacant. I want a refund if y’all can’t even do the damn job right, I’ll deliver it myself.

Never answers their phone and absolutely terrible at delivering packages to apartments. I don’t know if they can’t figure out where the mail room is or what but anytime I have a package they place it on hold or say I have to pick it up. I ordered a cake holder, I don’t need to sign for that or anything. It’s from Amazon. There’s a mail room next to the office and a package room in the complex. USPS uses our mail room too so they should know how to put it in the locked boxes. They blame it on my address being incorrect which I’ve called ANY post office AND Amazon and they all saw that my address was correct and nothing was missing and that I should call the post office itself but they NEVER answer their phone. I’ve tried calling at all times of day they just refuse to. Me and my husband could never get a hold of them you have to show up at the location itself.

Clerk remained on personal call while assisting customers. Could hear her personal conversation about how much Annual Leave she had and complained about her time off. Was not focused on her duties.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I tried changing my address online and it told me my address did not exist. I called customer service and they told me to go in person to my USPS. I arrived at this location and was immediately greeted with attitude. I told the front desk person what was going on, he had me write down my address and told the person next to him. She told me they couldn't help me and told me to go to the 901 S Old Corry USPS location. I arrived at the 901 location and explained everything that happened and they laughed lol They said that location is trash lolol. They were able to actually help me change my address.

Went in to get a missed delivery letter with my 5 month old. There was one lady being helped and a man leaving from being helped. I went up to the counter, gave the lady my paper that says missed delivery and my ID, and she walks away. She then begins to complain with her two other coworkers about her job and spends 10 minutes half-looking for my letter. Her coworker gets through two other people before I get told she can’t find it. She had me leave my name and my number and let me know her supervisor would get ahold of me to let me know where my letter was. That was on a Friday and now that it’s Wednesday, I have yet to get a call. Not very friendly or apologetic either.

This is got to be the worst post office, I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. It’s amazing how many of my packages sprout legs and walk out all by themselves to never be seen or heard from again.

Trinette was awesome.
Its Monday morning the line is already out the door. This Lady is alone on the counter and keeping her cool.
She is nice and polite to everybody and greets with a smile!!!
But in all seriousness you should put more people in there on a Monday morning.

I wanted to take the time to recognize one of the supervisors at this location, her name is Ashli. Ashli has taken the time to give status updates on getting our cluster box master lock repaired, and has continued to keep me informed via email. She’s gone above and beyond to get this taken care of, my fellow homeowners and I really appreciate it and are looking forward to getting our mail close to home! Thank you Ashli

You'll never find a greater hive of scum and villainy, than this post office location. These people are utterly useless. Never met anyone as worthless as these employees. Shameful.

Have your mail carrier that delivered mail on 7/25/24 on Tryton Circle to stop Lying about Box/Blocked. First of we sitting on porch and we see you driving by and we said we don’t have mail, it 5 people live here and 3 more use as home of residence. The mail comes next day marked B/B. Ridiculous people!!!!

I have been using this post office for over ten years and it has become a normal occurrence to put out going mail in the box with the flag up and it will stays in there for several days. In the last 2 years I have pulled in before 4:25pm. and the door was locked and shades pulled. This is EVERYDAY!!!

Not only is the most collectively incompetent dumpster fire that wastes space on Lillian hwy, but they are also a bunch of liars. A package marked as "delivered" means that it is out in my PO box and ready for me to access. Not because you lost it AGAIN and marked it as delivered. You didn't try AGAIN because there wasn't even a slip in my box that said it was attempted. You can't even accurately deliver a package inside your own building to a PO box that I PAY FOR. Lost it the day before a holiday weekend too. Avoid this post office like the plague!!!
I would love to get another PO box at different location but, according to reviews, it's seems there is a competition between the Pensacola area post offices as to who can be the absolute worst!
